I booked a king-size bed room (without enclosed windows). When I booked, it said it had a river view (as shown in the screenshot), but the room I was given didn't have one. They said I had to upgrade the room if I wanted a river view. I was speechless.

I don't know what the yellow color of the bed sheet is, the dust and garbage around the curtains were not cleaned up, and the toilet flushed very loudly in the middle of the night.
