Was a good time.

Good service,breakfast was what we expect,facilities was o.k.only place not very convenient

A really pleasant stay in this place ! The room it's really comfortable, clean and super spacious. The hot springs are nice, all the amenities on it too. Staff is always around cleaning and checking that everything is okay. The food it's really tasty and has a big variety to pick between Chinese and western dishes. It's really worth it the price and I will definitely come back !

The room is quite average, however most people do come only for hot spring.

Most of the staff are locals. I went there twice during the epidemic and the problem was not obvious. The experience was quite good. But now that the epidemic has been relaxed, this hotel has also benchmarked various Hong Kong food and hot spring tour groups. The flow of people has increased dramatically, and the staff has all kinds of bad faces and bad attitudes. Named and criticized the buffet iron plate staff. Under the premise of super many people, the only two favorites of iron plate and sashimi are long queues. Every time I queue up, I can only get two small and pitiful steaks. Compared with the price and specifications of this hotel, it is really stingy. The point is that the guests are polite and queue up again, but the iron plate chef looks at those who have taken more than two times, and all kinds of faces are turned away. When I queued up for the second time, it happened to be gone, so I just muttered, "Nothing is gone, this row is just gone" and "Why is the black pepper sauce gone?". Well, the chef immediately cursed inside. It's not you who eats alone. There must be nothing left if so many people eat. Didn't you see so many people? Awesome, can't you say one sentence when you say there is nothing? He also directly said that there is no need to wait? Wait and you will have it. Really super awesome staff, they just made the guests speechless!!! There is a lot of room for improvement in reception capabilities and staff quality. I paid for the buffet and had to wait for more than ten minutes with a plate to get a pitiful one or two yuan. The first time I ate buffet, I had to order takeout at night, 😂😂😂. And I had to wait for room service, and I had to wait for a long time to deliver two bottles of water~ All other hardware in the hot spring is good, but it’s hard to comment on the quality of the staff. It feels like I paid to be scolded🤣

I have been here several times. The hotel is very beautiful. There is a hot spring area just down the elevator. It is very quiet and there are not many people. I would like to praise Yu Qian at the front desk for his hospitality. He was very polite and patiently solved some of our inquiries. It’s very good. I’ll come back next time.

The hotel environment is very good. The villa has been stayed for many times. It is suitable for families. I took a dip in the pool in the room, played outdoors, and took another dip the next day. The time was just right. Overall, I was satisfied. After the rain, there were more mosquitoes and I needed to take more precautions. After lowering the outdoor curtains, there were fewer mosquitoes. Cathy, the guest relations manager, provided good service.
