A pretty big resort with quite a lot of facilities, enjoying the time off and quiet place, enjoying the birds singing in the morning. Even though the lake in front of us was dry due to some maintainable work, still a good place to recommend

Great location and spacious rooms. Lovely pool. Staff can be a little more helpful and maybe explain the activities and locations of the amenities available. Breakfast can be better. All in all a good place for a quiet family holiday with lots for the kids to do. Avoid the “beach” after 4pm on the riverside.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite since we booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, the amenities and the breakfast were not up to the Sheraton standards. The swimming pool was very old, the lights inside the swimming pool were not fixed and could provoke serious hazards. We asked for some drinking water at the pool and were told to go to the reception desk to get it. The breakfast was so so, blend vegetables and raw bacon were served.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

Service is too bad, starting from reception desk, the staff don’t even answer and just in there work, we wait for our room almost 2 hours as the cleaning staff still not clean the room, at around 5pm we get our room. The breakfast is just normal and staff don’t care about your table have some spoon or salt and pepper.. overall I think the managment don’t train staff that they are working in Sheraton, it seems a normal 3 star Chinese hotel. Bad experience , will never want go again.

The hotel itself was lovely, but there wasn’t anything nearby. If you wish to stay in the hotel, then it’s great, but we had to regularly get a taxi into town

The service provided by Sally at the front desk and Ke'er at the fitness center was very good and enthusiastic. The hotel environment is beautiful and quiet, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the stay is very comfortable and the experience is very good.

School is about to start, and I brought my children to Huizhou again. I chose this hotel again. This time, the experience of staying at the Sheraton Bailu Lake Hotel was still so pleasant. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by its elegant environment. The lobby decoration was exquisite and grand. Ms. Chen at the front desk was kind and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and good quality. The bed was soft, which made me sleep well all night. Whether it was Amy Liang, a room colleague during the stay, or the staff I met in the public area, they always maintained enthusiasm and professionalism.

The environment is very nice, quiet and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and they also gave us free breakfast coupons because there are elderly and children. There is an indoor swimming pool. It is too sunny outside and the children are very happy swimming indoors. It is a good travel experience and worth a rest.
