Location: from the main road to Lilla Rainforest Retreat 2km. The road to get there is a bit bad. It's true that the end is just found. At night if you want to go out to eat, you have to go back out.. already inside there are no restaurants.
Check in : 3pm - receptionist okay ready to show you where the room is.
Room: Family Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a fan and air conditioner in the living room and every room. room 1 has 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. room 2 has 2 single beds. The living room is also spacious. If you bring a toto/air mattress, you can sleep a lot more. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom: big.. just the water is very slow. you have to be patient..
There are: towels, toothpaste, instant coffee, sugar, cups, small mineral water & electric kettle.
No: tv, fridge, phone line and internet.
so you can't call, whatsapp, check social media and anything else that requires mobile data. Qibla direction is not in the room, so you need to ask the receptionist as well.
Wifi: available in the lobby only.
Swimming Pool: Large and has 2 slides. water comes from the river. super cold.. you can bathe from morning to night. there are lights at night. if you don't want to bathe in the swimming pool, you can also bathe by the side of the creek. look at the place too.. because there are stones, right?
Atmosphere: cool, calm and peaceful. because you can't use a phone so it's healing with nature alone 🌸 you can hear the sound of the river flowing from the room.
BBQ: yes, but there is a fee for the bbq pit. You have to prepare the rest yourself.
Breakfast: 8-10am only in the main hall (next to the swimming pool)

First of all, don't be fooled by the price up to 7 people, actually the price on the app is only for 2 pax more than that, there is an extra charge.. here read the description because this thing is placed at the bottom even though that thing should be the first thing. And I didn't even inform you if you use a pillow, you have to pay more, the towel that is displayed on the bed is also paid for if you use it 😕 so it's easy to quote everything here and the charge is the only thing 🫠 the organizer should inform you if you want more pillows to be prepared and there is a charge for use, right? happy the place actually for 6 pax is quite crowded, which is okay.... really bad experience 🫤

This is the first time I stayed in Tenera, and will be my final one too. It was raining heavily on 22/11 and we couldnt see clearly the lines on the road. Our family just back to the hotel by driving our car. There was a car in front of us who stopped for no reason, so we by passed it and suddenly a security stood in front of us. I quickly stopped my car. It was a shocked for us. But the security was so fierce and acted like he wanted to punch us outside the car. Another security came and pointed at us. We were so scared. They were like the ”********” rather than security. It was so scary. We told the counter ”Mira”, she was very nice and kept apologising. It wasnt her fault at all but she kept saying sorry. She is a very good staff. Hence we are not going there anymore. Too scary as they treat hotel guests like that. Scary. We were so scared that we immediately left the next day. We dunno what would happen to our car and us if we didnt leave immediately.

AAzimReally enjoyed my stay in Bangi Resort! The receptionist let me to check in early and check out tad bit late and I can’t thank enough for that.
They also upgraded my room with amazing golf course view. I booked this resort because I just wanted to clear my mind and it was sensational.
I did not have to go out of the resort to kill my time. Plenty of restaurants inside, managed to dine in at De’wan and myburgerlab during my stay. The in room dining also served really good food!
I also enjoyed my time at the gym and to my surprise, guest can have access to the wet sauna, dry sauna and jacuzzi! I think not many guests are aware of it and I had the place all to myself despite during my trip was during a peak period (public holiday & school holiday).
The cons, they required RM250 deposit and can only be paid by cash or credit card. They did not accept debit card and I had to take Grab to the nearest mall and cost me RM12 just to withdraw my money. Quite troublesome!
The breakfast was below par honestly, not much of a selection compared to other 4-5 stars hotel and taste wise was below average. The only thing I enjoyed is their congee with youtiao.
The in room dining charge RM10 for delivery which I dont think it makes any sense just for them to use the lift from the first floor and deliver it to my room. First time I go to a hotel that charge delivery fee for in room dining.
They have like a farm tour or something but I didnt get any explanation of it during my check in. When I came to know about it, they told me that the tour only operates on Saturday evening and when I asked about that, the group just left for the trip. Quite a bummer because they didnt offered me this trip during my check in and I didnt get a chance to experience the activities in their farm.
Lastly, I wish they would provide bathrobe in the room and everything else was great! The receptionist named Khairunnisa deserved a raise for providing me excellent service. Thank you!

GGuest UserWe check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

___XHOverall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.

We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

RRichardnngI am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

NnoralizaemIt’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

KKazaf W1) The air conditioner was almost 20 years ago, and the whole house was yellow and hot. 2) The lift always broke. You have to carry your luggage and go up the stairs. 3) The most basic toilet paper was not put in the toilet, even I was going to take a shower and hang it There are no hooks on clothes! 4) The toilet keeps making strange noises. The water heater has been yellowing 10 years ago. There have been problems with it. The shower light keeps flashing. I feel like I’m going to be electrocuted. 5) The door is broken if I don’t understand why. , Just put a small lock, it feels very insecure 6) Direct house keeping without any consent, I am worried about things or financial loss 7) The room equipment is very incomplete, and there are no hair dryers. Ask them to pick it up, and the receptionist actually gave it A rotten one asked me to return it as soon as I used it up, because there was only one in the entire hotel. 8) The pillows and sheets smelled very unpleasant and felt very unhygienic. 9) The last thing is that you will be upset because of one of them. The receptionist Indian man has a very problematic attitude. 10) We booked the deluxe double room, and he let us live in the superior room. I can only say what we can complain about. I really can’t finish it, very speechless.
