It’s very rare to live in nature while you’re in the city. Well flamingo hotel in the KL did it! Super cozy and comfy room, plus complete amenities i’d say. My intention was just to relax my mind and havva me time. They had a very big lake, so serene. Glad that i chose to stay here. Breakfast wise, love that the omelette and sausages were cook freshly upon request. Oh yes their BBQ dinner was delish! Worth every penny. Anyways thank you Mr Bas for the great service during my 4 days stay. You and your staffs were so helpful and always make sure the foods were theree. This hotel was so cool but it’ll be more attractive if they can improve here and there. Would be nice if the receptionist can be more welcoming (?)

Great place to stay.. facilities all good 👍 free parking, got dobi and mamak stall to eat. will come again.. recommended.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The facilities and services provided were generally good, but there were a few areas of concern. The room size was quite small and cleanliness still can be improved as I notice quite a lot of clothes moth larvae on the ceiling. The location is very strategic, walking distance to eateries and less than 10 mins away from IOI City Mall. Customer service is amazing. Would still come back if I have business in Putrajaya.

During our stay around 3am-4am the Aircond was leaking and there is no help provided after we informed the reception in first few minutes. After we screw them up only they do the work little faster. We ended up move to other room. Poor kids really struggled during that late night. Service was poor they only take action after I started to make noise about it. Other than it was okay. Everything is chargeable at this hotel. So check with reception upfront before placing any request.

Location - its not near any major areas in KL. But good if you need to be around Kajang/Bangi Service - Counter Staff is friendly Cleanliness - some bathrooms are cleaner. The bathroom i got this time is a little bit mouldy on some spots. Room floor is clean, except for the corners and under the bed, they are considerably dusty. But overall acceptable cleanliness. Amenities - no extra amenities. No hairdryer - bring your own if you need one. Must bring earplugs- any rooms with windows will be able to hear the traffic very loudly.

Hotel Tenera is located near to town centre of Bangi.the staffs are friendly,and efficient,check in fast and they do provide welcome drink.lobby is big, clean and well decorates.Room is clean,with TV and beds are comfortable.They provide lady swimming pool too.breakfast is delicious and more varieties,nice view with the pools,have a lots of fishes.good stay here and will book again this hotel if come to Bangi again

Love the environment of this hotel. My hubby enjoyed fishing in this private lake and my daughter love playing in the swimming pool. Wil definitely come back again

Shower gel bottle was empty, no toilet roll. Cleanliness in the room was good. But very dirty outside the room(corridor) seems never clean. Upon check in requested to tick what breakfast you want. I order one Rice and one Noodles. But I got 2 Rice. Was told by receptionist noodles finish, then what for I order in advance?

Our experience started out fine, we were given cookies at the reception by a very friendly receptionist. The property is huge but dated. Walking from reception to our room (in another adjacent building) is ok but there is no shaded walkways, it’s all open air and subject to the elements. The room itself is average, we had booked two rooms facing the lake. The cleanliness however is appalling. We found a dead cockroach under the bed, the toilets were clean but because it’s all black tiles, you can’t really see the dirt unless you look closely; the shower doors weren’t properly cleaned, there is moss and old, icky dirt stuck at the corners. Water pressure to the bidet is low, which basically makes it pointless to have. There’s food flies lounging around the room, possibly from food that was consumed by the previous guest. We had ordered room service 3 times in total. The first time was great, they brought the food within 30 minutes, charged it to our room. The food quality however was subpar. The char kuey teow was soggy and tasted like ginger, which isn’t how it’s normally supposed to be prepared! If your chef is gonna make changes to classic local recipes, make sure it’s taste-tested by others and please CLEARLY state that this is an adaptation of a local classic so the guest can expect it to be different. The 2nd time was an annoyance, not only was the food late but they told us to pay immediately for it! Apparently the wait staff was told we had not paid a deposit for the room but in fact we had paid a deposit to cover our entire 2 night stay for two rooms! But being cooperative guests, we decided not to make a fuss and paid immediately. 3rd room service, no questions about payment. Talk about inconsistent service! Also, we were told to leave our food trays from the room service outside the room but they didn’t clean it up the next day resulting in food flies buzzing around. The breakfast was ok on the first day, but the 2nd day, it was downright horrible. Scrambled eggs were soggy, bacon and sausages was boiled and not fried, again, if you’re gonna offer a healthy alternative to everyday norm, please state it clearly somewhere! Freshly baked bread wasn’t fresh either, tasted at least a day old. Lastly, the pool isn’t cleaned regularly, not what you’d expect from something with a “Hilton” brand in it. The kids pool had dark tiles in it and so you can’t easily see dirt in the water but there were small leaves and other icky stuff floating about if you looked closely.
