晚間飛機出行，選擇了離機場10分鐘車程的酒店。提前聯繫客服，告知攜程訂單可以免費接送。房間寬敞，有2扇窗户通風好，這層樓大多是冰上項目的小運動員，他們特別有素質，走廊裏非常安靜。去了比較近的東山紅星夜市，有歌舞，有美食，還有煙花。返回房間，發現房卡丟失，跟客服溝通，補卡一張50元。退房後，接到酒店電話，一位當地的小學生在夜市撿到了房卡，特意給酒店送回來，酒店第一時間把補卡費50元轉過來了，為小學生和鵬泰世紀酒店點贊👍👍👍

酒店總體比較乾淨整潔，服務也算及時吧。但設施維護有待加強，空調總出問題，折騰到半夜12點後，最後給我電風扇將就了一晚，考慮到第二天還要開200多公里的路，就沒有折騰了，小孩一夜沒睡好，第二天一家人頭都暈沉沉的，早餐趕不上時間，沒吃到，餓着肚子出發了。熱水也是忽冷忽熱，洗澡都非常驚險，第一次住這樣的酒店，再去海拉爾不會住這個酒店了

I don’t know why, but there were hairs on the sheets when I went in. Later, I changed the room because of the air-conditioning problem. At night, because the toilet light is voice-activated, it always lights up by itself when the air-conditioning is turned on. I contacted the service staff and they said there was nothing they could do and asked me to I can make do with it. I can understand that the waiter's job is not easy. After all, it is not within her scope of responsibilities, so I don't make it difficult for others. But as a whole, it is too bad for the hotel.
