This is a beautiful location amidst green woods. Very good, caring, homely staff. Food is nice taste, hygienic, mouth-watering. Clean rooms, adjoining area in hotel is also well maintained. It gives you a mesmerizing view of koyana dam wall as well. Very serene place, a must-go location.

The location is very good. Serene, Calm & with a beautiful view. There are only 4 Studios. Food prepared by the chef was awesome. Improvements- Rooms could be maintained in a better way. Mosquitos are there so proper arrangement of the repellants in a room should be done.

Its a quaint little place to spend 2 days amongst nature. Big rooms with all modern amenities but very peaceful, surrounded by hills, lakes and jungles. It can be thrilling for the adventure seekers as well , the place being part of the Sahyadri Tiger Reserve . All this followed by the wonderful hospitality of Vitthal Ji the care taker and his family with some lip smacking home style cooked food.

Rooms were big and cozy with a big balcony (shared with adjacent rooms, will be a great option for a bachelor only trip in a big group). Some area was demolished and under construction which was a minus for our overall experience, thankfully we got an awesome deal via Agoda and stayed just for the night so it didn't bother us that much. The approach road was also under construction and the property owner didn't tell us that, thankfully we reached there before sunset, otherwise it would have been a nightmare to drive uphill to reach the resort. Best part was the helpful nature of the caretaker and other staff members. Chef Saif Vithoba made awesome food as per our instruction. Abhishek guided us well regarding the Safari and helped arrange one with another family which saved us some bucks.
