Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Humble

This hotel has potential, however needs more astute management. I stayed 4 nights. First off, the rooms are good. A little spartan , but good. Most importantly the beds r very good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is where I have issues. Never ever should a hotel run out of coffee ….. yes coffee. I was told to go to property next door to get coffee! R u kidding me. Milk, muffins, and other items also ran out and were not replaced This should not happen. No contingency perhaps intentional I may give this place another chance. I dumped Hampton for Fairfield. So far I question my decision

This hotel is newly renovated. Clean inside. Employees are amazing. They have a free Continental breakfast that’s pretty good. They do have things for children to do as well. In a safe area and is literally 5.minutes to the mall. Right up my alley. Clean and very close to all things one would want to venture to. Wait until you stay for 65 bucks a night. It’s a win for sure!! You must check it out!!!

This Fairfield Marriott location is our preferred when staying in and around the IAH airport. While they do not have shuttle service from the airport, its the property expectations and the great employees that continue to bring us back. We always know what we can expect and this property never lets us down. Anyone staying in NE Houston should definitely give them a try.

The staff are very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I’ve had to rely on them plenty of times during these past months and they’ve come through every time. The morning smiles and late night encouragements really help. Miss Pie, Celeste,Erika,Mrs.Maggie, Felicia & staff. You guys rock and really provide a great service. Thanks again

I have stayed here for the past two months now while working at the Houston Airport. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The management is very accommodating. Reasonably priced. Breakfast is awesome ! And night clerk Ms. Pie is Awesome!!!
