We are sitting in the hospital with our granddaughter typing this. I reached out to the motel and asked them if we could move our date a few weeks later due to the medical emergency we are experiencing. They were short with me and practically hung up. Then I found out that the Las Vegas airport is close by the FAA, they grounded all flights due to a massive systems outrage so our flight was cancelled anyway. Reached out to the motel again and was told no. I called Booking to see if anything could be done since the FAA closed my airport and still, the motel refused any help. What a sad way to do business, 4 generations of my family have stayed here for decades and they just lost us all, and for $300?! A little humanity would have been so helpful right now, do not expect that from this motel.

This is my motel is nasty the lady working in the front desk is nasty The TV broken the cable broken the AC broken the heater broken Customer service is nasty Advice nobody go over there leave me I make mistake for reservation for this motel I try to leave the first day but late in the front desk should not give me the money

My Wife and I booked this hootel pretty much last minute as our plans were foiled by weather.
Found the place easy enough, ample parking if you're not in a Large SUV or Motorhome.
Clean, neat, hot wayer with ample pressure.
For Huntington Beach, affordable.
Ocean View is an old hotel. Since being buit many homes and a huge concrete privacy fence have gone up across the hiway (CA-1) and there are barely peekaboo views of the Pacific.
Needs updating and maybe some style.
Many comments about the constant road noise...well YEAH Hwy 1 is a 4 lane 55mph road 80 feet from your window.
We slept fine, but if you need quiet, this isn't your place.
Wasn't wild about the $100 deposit, but you are warned upfront about that.
Rude? Naw, just immigrants that are trying to make a living and aren't that outgoing.
Overall I give it "Adequate"
