Stay in January which should be down season and seems less amount of people servicing in restaurant.
Room was great clean and specious but I experienced power shortage 6:00am in morning.
Will try to check it out in summer.

The accommodation is reasonably good, but the cleanliness is at a level of 3-4. The price of accommodation should include breakfast as well, which would be very good.

The hotel service is very good, the staff are very friendly and have been assisting us. When we need it, they explain it to us in detail. The hotel facilities are very good, everyone can enjoy it

The hotel is located right on a lake and provides SUPs, kayaks and canoes. There are lots of activities on the resort (golf, beach vball) and there's a decent kids program. The issue is the rooms in the hotel proper and the Bayshore. They are very dated. The Bayshore rooms are musty (and ours smelled like smoking and gasoline for some reason) and the HVAC has only two settings: off and FULL BLAST! It is hard to get comfortable. I suspect the condo portion is much better but you are paying twice as much. Once you tack on resort fees to the advertised prices (scammy) this place is no longer worth it.

Not worth the price tag! Everything is outdated and service was the worst that I've ever experienced at a resort. It's too bad because the location is unbelievable and it has potential, but for now I can't say that we are planning on coming back. As a young family, we found the resort impossible to walk and the food selection to be non-existent. The staff are not proactively attending to guests and its like pulling teeth asking for help or service. Don't recommend it for the price tag!

Such a beautiful property and so quiet being off season. Lovely, crystal clear lake. Saw a deer when we were leaving. Comfortable spacious rooms and beds.

Beautiful resort check in was a huge problem staff not ready for a 4:15pm check in. Low staffing issue and poorly trained?
