At check in, my card for deposit was declined. Used a different card and it was ok. Wife and daughter went back down later to get a few sodas and daughter’s boyfriend card was declined for his drink. Wife tried to pay with cash and they wouldn’t take cash. So she sent my daughter back to the room to get my wife’s card and it was declined also. During the boyfriend’s card declining my daughter opened one of the drinks, not expecting his card to be declined. That drink was put on the credit card (hold for deposit). The total for 3 20oz drinks and a bag of regular sized M&Ms was gonna be $17!! $4 per soda and $4 for a regular M&M!! Needless to say, 2 sodas and M&Ms were put back.
The issue with the cards declining needed to be addressed! Room was nice and clean and very quiet!
