前台服務態度不好，房間沒有洗髮水，給前台打了電話一直催好不容易送來，第二天早上我出去吃飯回來房間已經打掃好了床單被罩也換完了，請問我退房了嗎？那時候才12點離退房時間還有兩個小時，我回來後一直催我退房，還進來把門打開就走了，分明就是趕我走🤬🤬🤬，我一般不會點評，這是第一次，實在是太過分了。
