I had a good days with my family and the animation is excellent especially SASHA. The Hotel is very clean. the room was sea and pool view,comfortable and the staff is friendly. The location is perfect. We will repeat this experiment again,!!!

For first time visit Hurghada Amc hotel,really nice staff,animation team Sasha and Dayana the best,food was great, housekeeping great-room clean and comfy . Not far from city centr,Nice beach, definitely will come back.Recomended to my friends

It was a nice Holiday Nice Hotel And a nice beach Very friendly Staff A special thanks to Doctor Maher, He is a very professional and helpful Doctor in the Pharmacy inside the hotel in the reception as assisted my wife with excellent and effective medicine which enabled her to recover in one day only and for a very reasonable price.

Don’t go expecting TUI 5 star platinum its 3 star at a push ( if you want that get you wallet out and go to sharm ). Welcome to Russia as you’ll be the only English there. Hotel could be 5 star as is lovely with a great beach and staff and my room was spotless with great sea view ( but I did upgrade to premium room ) but it’s managed on a shoe string. The food was varied but nothing special ( you won’t starve ) and breakfast you’ll end up with eggs, fruit and coffee, what lets the whole hotel down is the 3 bars none of them have a real fresh coffee machine and actually there isn’t one in the whole hotel, and the drinks are undrinkable. The local vodka, rum and gin is like chemical cleaner and beer is yellow water. Get Egyptian Stella on draught and get rid of Sahara and get better quality spirits for all inclusive and premium brands as a choice for customers to purchase as you have none at all ( I had to put Jack Daniel’s myself behind the bar ). And never ever had any service around the pool or beach ( nor did anyone ) which was a first for me and been to Egypt over 7-8 times now. So basically spend some money on your bars and have staff to service your customers all around the hotel including the beach.

Awful place. Food inedible, alcohol like petrol. Feels like a refugee camp!! Dated rooms. One restaurant with disgusting food. Locals taking over reception area and unfriendly. Room overlooking apartments with noisy A/C and sink blocked. Curtains ripped so no privacy or darkness. Been to Egypt 15 times and by far worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not come here!

I spent alone in this hotel it was amazing food right on the square great reception I had fun during my whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, fitness and games were fantastic.The pools were clean, especially the warm water, I had fun on trips by boat or on mini-bikes, it was an incredible experience, the best hotel I've ever been to

First time and very nice im happy every thing is okey pool good hot water and beach so big and i love volleyball and restaurant very nice so nice food and all staff so nice suer i come back to the hotel and animations so nice every day new program i love amc

Very good hotel. All stuff here friendly and polite. Very kind persons on the bar and reception. Food is tasty and different. A lot of vegetables and fruits here, chicken, fish and beef every day. Very good animation team. Very interesting and active animation program all day and evening . Foam party very funny. Hope I will come back here in January with family.

Got moved from our booked hotel and placed in the AMC Royal. Staff were very good, facilities were nice and although it was busy it didn't feel crowded. Meal times in the Buffet restaurant can be a bit like a school canteen but there is plenty of choice and enough room. Spa was very good and a decent gym albeit in need of a service for the weight machines.
