The hotel was so good, comfy &close to everything. The housekeeper (Ahmed) was amazing, the room was always super clean& tidy. Also Mena was very helpful, the room service was quick, and when I ordered anything the help in the same momen. Thanks

Kleines nettes Hotel, die Hotelangestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein eingerichtet und in dem großen Bett ist nichts durchgelegen, daher kann man auch schön schlafen. Wenn man das Fenster über Nacht offen hat, kann es auch etwas störend sein, da die Lüftung auf dem Dach Geräusche macht solange die umliegenden Restaurants geöffnet haben, oder es Gäste gibt die eher an sich denken als ans Miteinander.

We had an amazing experience at Captain Hill Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach just a few minutes away on foot, and two beautiful pools nearby. The pools were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing alternative to the beach. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – enjoying a delicious meal with a stunning sea view was a great way to start each day. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job of keeping everything fresh and tidy. The staff at Captain Hill was very nice. From check-in to check-out, everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed, offering great tips on local spots and activities as well. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, explore the beach, or just enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, this hotel is a great choice. The combination of friendly service, great location, and modern facilities makes it perfect for a getaway.

I really like the place and the services, El Gouna is amazing place to stay and spend time with family and friends, having access to multiple restaurants and the downtown is great, I would recommend visiting El Gouna and enjoying your time.

The captain in is truly a lovely hotel very clean and tidy staff are fantastic breakfast so much to choose from so fresh. the only downside was the rooms were a little small we did pay for a marina view which I thought would come with a balcony however this was not the case, that saying this is not the hotels fault as my travel provider did not give me the option of Marinaview with balcony just Marina-view. As I say the hotel was so clean and tidy nothing was too much trouble for all the staff and the chaps on reception were brilliant so much information was given to us and help when we need it I would definitely recommend Captain Inn to anyone the location was perfect, only five minute walk to a lovely beach with good staff also . Thank you all as a captain Inn for a truly fantastic stay.
