The hotel is in a general location, far from the busy pedestrian street. The front desk is indifferent and the service attitude is not good. They always treat all tourists, whether Asian or European, as superiors. The food is not good either. The point is that there is no wifi coverage in all rooms, and my phone has no signal in the room. Ездили всей семьей, всем довольны, для детей заход в море просто отличный. Питание разнообразное, персонал приветливый. В холле на рецепшенне есть професииональный фотограф, Мина, брали фотоссеисю, отлично, рекомендую!!! Мина прекраснывй фотограф и находит подход и ко взрослым и особенно к детям. Фото дочерей шикарные! Спасибо!

Очень нравится этот отель,отдыхаем в нем каждый год. Территория уютная,все находится рядом,до пляжа 2 минуты. На территории есть бассейны и Аквапарк,два вида пляжа: глубокий с пирса и второй вход пологий в лагуне,есть коралловый риф. Номера хорошие,чистые и все работает. Еда вкусная и разнообразная,каждый найдет для себя что покушать. В отеле есть активная анимация:каждый день дневные Активити и вечерние шоу,также есть анимация для детей. Отель расположен в центре города. Кроме того хотелось бы отметить администратора на ресепшен Олеся,которая помогает решить любые проблемы и ответить на вопросы. Спасибо ей большое за внимание к гостям

We like the hotel and come here quite often. This time the animation during the day was excellent: kids club, stratching, aqua aetoobics, zumba and yoga. This is super important for me. Last time when were in May there was a problem with animation. And this time my requirement was definetely met and was really really good. Food is good.
