A very lively family hotel, the food is very appetizing, and the theme is different every day. My family and I are very satisfied. The water park is suitable for both children and adults. It is a good family hotel. The service is also good.

The hotel is really cost-effective, including three meals a day and the quality of dinner is also very high, exceeding expectations. The hotel has its own beach, a long swimming pool, and a water park but the opening hours are shorter every day. The price/performance ratio is really high, and I can spend a few days lying in the Red Sea. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are too old, the hot water takes a long time, and the shower head is old.

The service is very good, the rooms are clean and sanitary, the staff are of high quality, friendly and sincere, and the environment is beautiful. It is worth staying here again and will continue to come here in the future.

There are mostly Europeans and few Asian faces. It feels like a small town. There is a performance during dinner, which makes it feel very leisurely and enjoyable. A long-established hotel with well-organized services

Beautiful resort hotel, big and big, but not new. There are many swimming pools, with their own water parks. When we arrived in Hurghada, we just encountered cooling. Fortunately, the hotel has a heated swimming pool and a heated wave pool. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and were very comfortable every day. The dinner is very rich, and there are several different foods added every day. I tried 3 types of restaurants, Chinese food, Mongolian food and the main restaurant. It’s really unpalatable to forget the Chinese food. Most of the waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. Smile, there was only one lunch line to pick up grilled prawns, the experience was very poor, obviously the staff who picked up the prawns discriminated against the Chinese, Europeans and Americans can have a few more prawns at a time, but when I lined up twice, I only gave 2, The obvious attitude is not friendly, and I forgot to complain to him😭 Generally speaking, it is a very suitable hotel for vacation and leisure, I like it very much!

The condition of the hotel is a bit old, and I can't see the pool view from the location given to me, but the food is delicious

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at on vacation. I came in July to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. The food is very good; the best was the vegetable curry. The pools are superb, clean, and large. We had a room with a private pool. The staff is very kind and nice. No one bothers you with requests for tips or other demands as I've heard elsewhere. They are well-trained and professional. I recommend the Mongolian restaurant; Adel, the manager, takes very good care of the customers. The animation team is friendly and helpful, they make great shows and activities. Andrea was great It is a great experience for all ages, from babies to adults, from swimming pools of 40 cm to 1.80, aquapark, canoe river, waves pool, all kind of pools and SNORKELING on their own dock

I stayed at Titanic Palace (TP) in room No. 6127, from June 2nd till June 13th. This is my second stay here, the first being in June 2023. This time, the room was on the ground floor, on the other side of the restaurant Cleopatra and near the pool. Last year I wrote a long, detailed review of the resorts and grounds, so I will just say that it is still great: food is very good and varied, room is big and clean, employees are very kind and hard working (special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the Reception who helped me with the wi-fi signal and advises concerning my last day at the resort). Improvements: much more loungers by the pools, so one can find one even during the day, not just in the early morning, and all are new, metal ones; also, new sunshades in the Aqua Park; significantly better wi-fi: there is a signal everywhere, throughout the resorts (so when one day there was no signal anywhere but at the lobby – it was noticed; fortunately, they fixed it by the evening); animation team was also working hard at the beach this year, not only by the pool; concerts during dinner are getting better (the lady-singer and the guy with a saxophone are great!); about 30 minutes walk from TP resort they opened Cleopatra Bazar Shop (in front of Dana Beach Resort, half way closer than Senzo Mall): fixed, acceptable prices and nice choice of souvenirs, cotton items, teas, jewelry, etc. Not so good: the pier is not being refurbished – it is slowly but surely falling apart (you can still go to the stairs to the deep sea water, but some parts that were open last year are closed now); changing rooms and toilets for ladies need hooks on the doors or walls (to be fair there are hooks in the changing rooms by the Beach Bar – use those for everywhere else!); still no cats anywhere in the resorts – it’s Egypt! At last, I wish to thank all the servers at Antonio Restaurant, lifeguards at the Aqua Park and at the accessible stairs to the deep sea, cleaner of my room, porters and the lady at the Guest Relations – you were so very kind to me and helped me when I needed it. You are a true treasure of this resort! I recommend this resort wholeheartedly!

I travelled with one female friend and we had a great holiday. Overall, fairly good considering it was a cheap holiday. The hotel is HUGE so he prepared to walk. We ended up upgrading to a room which had the swimming pool directly outside the back (not the bungalows). Rooms clean and air con worked well. FOOD - We were not there between 10-12 each day so we couldn't book the a la carte restaurants. Had all of our food in the 2 main restaurants. It was ok. What you expect if the holiday is cheap. Has a good variety but some food poor quality. I've now got gastroenteritis but I could have got that anywhere as I went on a couple of trips. DRINKS - terrible. Just what you'd expect from a cheap holiday. So hardly drank anything because of this. Wine wasn't too bad. STAFF - mainly all great. The entertainment team needs to be more pushy with getting people to join in with activities. Beach parties which we never knew about until hearing the music. They were good. CHECK OUT - they cut your wrist bands off at check out and give you a lunch and drinks voucher. We explained our flight was late but they said no dinner.... We also explained that we had been out for 2 days so hadn't eaten there much anyway and in the end, the manager said have dinner too. It seems they aren't so great once your stay has ended. Mosquitos everywhere but that's not the hotels fault

I have just stayed in the Titanic palace for 10 nights with my husband and 2 young kids and i have to say it was our best holiday so far…. Restaurants had plenty of choices the staff especially Sarah and Ahmed were always helpful with a smile on their faces! Rooms were spacious and always clean thanks to Kareem and Mohamed… Finally the entertainment team who always kept everyone entertained from adults to kids and with plenty of activities, Andy was such an amazing soul who my 5 year daughter loved…, Not to forget the reception staff and the amazing Olga guest relations who was so helpful throughout our stay!!! Amazing holiday and already planning our nect trip

The hotel was good, but not a 5 star one. - we stayed in room 5254 Family Room ROOM: the room was big, with old furniture, was cleaned daily (the towels and sheets, were white, without spots, but old), but even cleaned daily the feeling was of dirt. In the bathroom it was a constant smell of urine. FOOD: the food was average, a lot of it done with local spices and sauce, not very qualitative. the food area was pretty dirty, with the carpet, walls and general area covert in dirt. GENERAL AREA: it was clean and tidy POOLS: clean, but they were closing at 18:00 and the slides at 17:30 (also the snorkeling area in the sea was closing at 18:00) SEA: for us it was ok, but it has a very big tide, there are some days when the water is till your knees, and some days till your ankle for 1 km. People were living cigarette buts, plastic cups, food in the sand. Overall, we had a nice stay, but next time i'll change the hotel.

The check in took from us like thirty minutes. They gave us a really nice room. The housekeeping come to clean our room every day and does its job fantastic. There are two main restaurants on the land. The food there is amazing and different. Always a big choice of food. There are also few ala carte restaurants. There are also few bars. AThe beach one and a pool bar. The pool bar we like more as well as they have an inside water bar. Really fanatastic. The staff are really positive gentle and polite. In general all the staff are perfect. Always helpful and ready to help or fix our problems 24 on 7. The beach is really nice with a beautiful lagoon, but sometimes it is hard to swim because of the outgoing water. We truly enjoyed our vacation here and hope to come back here again. Advice Titanic Palace to everyone of my friends and family.

Amazing holiday, the hotel is spotless , room spotless, staff can’t do enough for you from the pool guys to the cleaners and bar staff, we had a swim up room which certainly made the holiday, I didn’t get bitten once but my husband was covered in bites, so I guess it’s just your skin/blood type, I also had Egyptian tummy while my husband didn’t, pharmacy just off site gave me something which cleared it up in 24hrs, only downside is when checking out they take your wristbands off at 12 pm and our flight wasn’t till 12am so a long day without being able to use all the food/drink, had a leak in the bathroom which was sorted out straight away, will we go back most definitely can’t wait to take our family next year Reception staff didn’t speak very good English but we’re helpful
