Great place to stay, staff are wonderful and the place is incredibly clean!

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Everyone was kind. Jennifer, who worked at the golf course bar was especially awesome. She remembered details of our visit, where we were from, and even what we were drinking the next day after our initial visit. Bill, who worked on the golf course, provided us with the details of the recent resort renovation. You could sense his pride to be working at the resort. It was nice. Our server at The Miller's Table was also awesome and very attentive to our needs. The food was fantastic! I would highly recommend visiting Sawmill Creek Resort for any special occasion.

Would never stay here again. Pool opens late and closes early. Almost $300 a night and no free coffe?? So... what amenities were a bonus??? Mmm. Well none really. Loud Loud Loud Loud!!!!! I would never stay here again!!

I think this is a very nice hotel - this was our first time at Cedar Point and we had driven in from another state. The people who assisted me with my check in experience were kind and friendly. However, there was a point to where my dad could not locate the ice machine, so I called the front desk for some insight. Granted, we discovered we had gone the wrong direction, but the staff member who answered the phone sounded very annoyed when I asked. I try to be patient because I know lots of places are understaffed right now and people are under stress, and maybe I could be mid-interpreting a tone. She told me it was at the end of the hall, and I said we looked but had difficulty finding it. I provided my room number in case that would be helpful for location. She then sat on the phone in silence for a good 3 minutes - I thought maybe she got busy? Eventually I said “Hello?” And instead of asking “Is there anything else I can help you with?” Or just saying goodbye or anything, she just said “At the end of the hall, ma’am” in an agitated tone. The phone call ended shortly after and it left me feeling guilty for calling as one with anxiety. The only other complaint was how stiff the beds were. I thought it was my opinion but the two other guests I was staying with also had difficulty sleeping and woke up stiff. I see reviews about them being comfy so maybe it was just our room. Otherwise the room was nice, it was just not somewhere I’d want to stay longer than a night or two.

Easy check in. Outdoor pool and bar is nice. Disappointed that coffee wasn't included in our room for the price that we paid. Its not quiet, the doors slam shut and are loud.

Was here during a convention and the experience was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the the breakfast buffet was insanely good
