This hotel is really great. Seeing such good reviews on Ctrip, I stayed in this hotel temporarily at night. It really lived up to its reputation. The front desk service was very good. The hardware facilities in the room were ok and clean. For lazy people like us, the self-service laundry room with washing and drying is really convenient. When I got up early in the morning, the pine tree in the courtyard at the door was really suitable for the scene. I felt more beautiful and relaxed in an instant. I was in a hurry to do things. I didn't experience the gym in this store. I will definitely come to this store again next time I come to Huzhou [strong][strong][strong]

The room is very big, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the wash basin is outside, so there will be no conflicts when washing and going to the toilet, and you won't be unable to go to the toilet and wash your face because someone is taking a shower. The things are very complete, and there are hangers that I really need. There is also free water and tea for you to make. The front desk is also very polite. It is very close to the high-speed rail station, but there are not many places to eat around. In short, my friends and I think the price-performance ratio is relatively high. We stayed for less than 300 a night on Friday. It is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in in recent years. The only shortcoming is that there is no place to put towels and clothes in the shower room, which is a bit inconvenient. Everything else is very satisfactory

It was my first time staying in this kind of special resort hotel. There were more than 20 check-in windows, and the key point was that they were all queuing up, and there were crowds of people everywhere. The hotel room was average in size, with good hygiene. It was located opposite the Sea God Palace, with the big circus on the left and the Ice World on the right. It was just over 2 kilometers away from the ancient town. It might be May Day. The breakfast rooms on the 2nd floor and 28th floor were full, but you can walk along the external corridor on the 28th floor to see the scenery outside, and you can see the zoo behind the hotel on the 2nd floor. Don't wait for the bus to the ancient town in the afternoon, it's basically impossible to grab it. When you go to the ancient town, grab a waterside seat on the flower viewing platform at the bottom of the Liyuemen Style Street. You can watch the show from 7 o'clock to nearly 10 o'clock, but the food here is not good, a little expensive.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Not bad, this is my Nth time staying here. Parking is convenient, clean and comfortable as always.

The quality of the food and the variety available were impressive. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy without any odor Environment: The hotel is in a good location, with Yintai Department Store downstairs. The nearby Xiangwang Park is so beautiful at night, with light shows and water curtain movies, which are super film-making. You can stroll to Feiying Park and climb Feiying Tower during the day. Service: The service is very good, and it is also very meticulous and thoughtful during the National Day. There is a baby, and the hotel gave small toys and various baby supplies, and there is a children's bathtub, which is very convenient for the baby to take a bath. Thank you to the front desk lady. The baby needs to make milk powder three times a day, and I called to ask for a few more bottles of mineral water, which were delivered very quickly. I had a pleasant meal in the morning, and the location and view were excellent. As soon as I sat down, the manager took the initiative to help me get the baby dining chair. Thank you very much.

The five stars for service are only for meave, the housekeeper. My five-star praise and overall score are based on the housekeeper's service. The service was very good. I also applied for breakfast for my children, arranged a better room, saw more beautiful fireworks, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Forget about the other staff. There was no smile the whole time, except for a female customer service who brought me water. If I were to rate the hotel, I would say that I would only give it 1 point. Whether it is the facilities, hygiene, or the service in the lobby, they are all very poor. Not having a refrigerator is something that a five-diamond hotel should not have, and not needing other floors is also something that a hotel like this should not have. I clearly told the escalator that it was broken, but the staff still directed me there, which made me speechless. The children's toiletries I asked for were thrown directly on the ground at the door. Don't they understand hygiene? So what if there is a packaging box? It gives people a very bad feeling, and the sound insulation effect is not good. It is really a very bad experience.

When I checked in, the front desk offered me sour plum soup, which was delicious. Maybe there is a new person at the front desk, so check-in is a bit slow. The cleanliness of the room needs to be criticized. There are cigarette butts from previous customers! I wanted to go to the gym to exercise in the evening, but unexpectedly it was closed. I have stayed at Yaduo several times, and the overall experience this time was not very good.
