We booked one of the villas. It’s dirty and worn out. Just avoid this place.

The hotel is nicely positioned at the seaside of TaiHu in Huzhou. We went there to enjoy the hot spring pools during the recent cold wave in Shanghai. In winter time you won’t find many restaurants nearby the hotel but the hotel restaurant is nice as well. The breakfast is okay but focusses on Chinese guests. Unfortunately some of the hot spring pools were closed during our stay but the remaining pools were nice and during the whole time the hotel wasn’t crowded, so we found enough pools for ourselves. It’s a good place for nice 1-2 nights stay.

Facility for kids are good (with indoor playground). The morning breakfast is overpriced for kids, 80RMB for kids to eat baozi. Please put some forks and knives, not every kid can only use chopsticks.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The hotel is best for its hot springs, which were really nice. Rooms were spacious enough but balcony was unusable due to mosquitos. Kids playground was small but enough for young children to enjoy. Location was quite remote and would need a car to get to nearest tourist location. No English speaking staff unfortunately which made some tasks like inquiring about restaurant etc challenging. Overall a decent hotel which for hot spring lovers is perfect.

Very relaxing. Some rooms include the hot springs but if it's not included it's also not that expensive.

Excellent retreat, Xiao Chen's service was very considerate and the room arrangement was also satisfactory. I will come back and recommend it to my friends.

A nice hotel next to scenic Taihu lake. The room was nice and the staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast was ok too. Also tried out the hot springs. They were ok and free as part of the room charge, but if I had paid extra I would have been disappointed as only 2 of the feature hot spring pools were open and the spa facilities were closed.

The hotel is located in the nice area, it’s quiet and picturesque there. Big balcony is definitely an advantage. The room is spacious, clean and cozy with all the conveniences inside. Breakfast was great, there were many options and different dishes. Lake is 5 mins by walking, so we enjoyed nature a lot. Hot springs were just ok, but it still nice that they have it, can be the way to spend leisure time.

The hotel is right by the Taihu Lake, with a great environment. You can walk along the embankment to the Moon Bay Square. It's not far from Dragon Dream Paradise, and it's friendly for walking kids. I stayed for two days and it exceeded my expectations. Before I entered the room, the front desk receptionist May had already sent me information about restaurants and attractions around the hotel. During the stay, she answered all my questions and responded to all requests. The service was very considerate. The room was spacious, and I was proactively upgraded to a lake view room on non-working days. I could see the light show of the Moon Bay building in the room. Fresh fruits and facial masks were delivered every day. The unmanned supermarket downstairs was very affordable, and I could even buy purple ice cream for 2 yuan. The joy of childhood is back! The open-air hot spring area is not large, but there are more than a dozen pools. It's still very comfortable to soak in it when it's cold. It's very cost-effective. I have recommended it to my friends and I will consider coming again. The direct high-speed rail from Shanghai to Huzhou will be opened on the 26th, so it will only take 40 minutes, which will be more convenient. I can come here to lie down for two days when I have nothing to do.

Facilities: A traditional five-star hotel with complete facilities. The only drawback is that I didn't find body lotion in the room, but I saw it in the reception area. The hot springs are very good. There were about 10 outdoor pools open that day, with the highest temperature being 42 degrees and the lowest being 37 degrees. I soaked for about an hour and a half, and it was quite refreshing after the soak. In addition, the breakfast restaurant is a large buffet restaurant with both Chinese and Western food. I give Da Wonton a good review. Service: Don't be too considerate. They will remind you how to get to the levee and what time to eat breakfast. I really have to give Xiao Chen a good review!

I came here for a weekend vacation. Overall, it was good. The service was warm and thoughtful. The room was also comfortable. They also introduced the surrounding attractions suitable for vacation. A hotel located by Taihu Lake. It is quite comfortable to spend a weekend vacation. There are hot springs that you can soak in, which is pretty good. It is also close to the lake.
