2. For the superior twin room booked, Trip.com prompts can be upgraded to a deluxe twin room. Okay, I upgraded. When I paid, I prompted to add 82 to upgrade to an executive twin room. Okay, I added money. When I wait for the hotel, I ask the difference between the deluxe and the executive room at the front desk? Answer me, the floor is higher and the bed is a bit bigger. It's ridiculous, don't you know what the executive room should be like in your five-star hotel?
3. Remind friends who have recently stayed to pay attention to the construction site next to the hotel. On the 11th night, the statutory holiday, since the impact drill starts at 1 am.

Environment: I booked this newly opened Sheraton when I came to Huzhou for tourism.
The decoration is very luxurious and high-end. I have high requirements for the quality of the hotel I stay in, so I chose this one~

I went out on New Year's Day and randomly chose a hotel. I didn't expect it to be a bit pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for going out for meals. There are parking spaces at the door and inside, which is very good. The guard condition is particularly worth mentioning, very clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion I want to make is that the hot air of the air conditioner is a bit slow to come out, especially when I haven't taken a shower during the day, I feel very cold. GGuest UserThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper 小陈 went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children

The cloud mansion, which is almost full, has been collected for a while, and it is difficult to find a rear room. Beautiful scenery along the way, infinite bamboo forest scenery. Really refreshing. Hidden in the village, protected by the bamboo forest. As soon as I arrived, the little brother came out to pick me up, and valet parking (thinking that the service is only available in five-star hotels). For me, who has no blind goals and can travel as soon as I say go, this is a real treasure. It gave me good travel advice. In the afternoon, I went to a nearby deep stream for rafting. And provide me with free laundry service. It's just fantastic, and there's so much to do in the evening. Board games, open-air movies, swimming, arcades, everything is in play. The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. By the way, the bedding of Xiayun Mansion is really amazing, and I slept very comfortably. Although it is very busy, everyone in the store is very enthusiastic to solve all your problems. The key point is to praise the food and beverage here, the price is relatively high cost-effective in the same area. Auntie originally opened a local restaurant. The taste is very good. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

GGuest UserI randomly saw Naicang Botique hotel on Trip.com while I was looking for hotels in Moganshan for a weekend get away. I was attracted by its view as well as the simplistic yet modern looking design. Anyway, I went ahead with my gut feeling and just booked a family suite and a double room for me and my friends.
As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel manager who also happens to be the owner. We saw a group of friends hanging out in the hotel lobby which was also a good sign. The owner recommended us places to visit around MoganShan. The hotel lobby has several kinds of entertainment available and the owner likes to offer whatever he can to make you feel welcomed.
My friends wanted to do a BBQ so the owner not only arranged everything but also helped us fire the coal and even help us cook. Furthermore, he even offered us some soft drinks on the house. Last but not the least, the hotel chef is the mom of the owner who herself is a wonderful, friendly and kind lady.
In short, I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I have always heard that the Wilderness of Dale is very good. This time I took my mother and dog to Anji to play, because there are not many hotels that can bring dogs. I can see the Wilderness of Dale, so I decided without hesitation.
The housekeepers who received us were Shasha and Fang Wei, who provided excellent and considerate service. Build a group in advance to inform the surrounding attractions, and help turn on the air conditioner and floor heating in advance, so that the room will be warm when you arrive.
There are welcome fruits in the room, heart-warming red bean soup in the evening, and the breakfast is delicious and rich. The B&B is located in the town of Taohuayuan, like a paradise, you can stroll around for a long time in the town, and there are movie theaters and theaters that are showing at the same time.
My mom thought it was a great experience.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
