Shower water is very weak and it's difficult to control the water temperature.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. It was a good experience after staying for one night. If you are going to visit the town of Vic, this is a good resting spot. The hotel is also equipped with an outdoor swimming pool with a constant temperature of 30 degrees. There are supermarkets and gas stations nearby.

The family room is on the first floor. We stayed in a corner room. The ventilation was noisy. People who are sensitive to sound should be careful.
The blackout curtains are also a bit short, so there is light underneath at night.

Satisfied with the beautiful room, it was wonderfully clean and looked nice. Receptionist in the evening was a bit curt and looked a bit unfriendly. The daytime receptionist was a lot friendlier. In addition, breakfast was a bit chaotic and I thought the hygiene could be better there. Overall, very satisfied with our stay at hotel örk.

The food was good and the room nice and clean. The furniture in the dining room is tired, the chairs need to be replaced, sat in a chair that was broken. The chairs and sofa need to be replaced, and the hot tubs have gone bad. it's time for maintenance there

We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Our room was good. Breakfast was very good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We booked a Standard Room through *******. Our assigned room was on the first floor, immediately behind reception, as close to the lobby as possible. Since it was a quiet night, there was no issue, but on a busy night, this would have been a negative.
