A bit too pricey for the value. Expected a better cooling system in rooms, it was too hot for the summer period and the fan provided was not sufficient to cool the room. Might be different or better experience in winter though.

Very clean room, smiling staff. There is a delicious coffee shop in the accommodation. In the evening there is a bar to sit and drink again.

I was one off about 30 workers but checked out the other day from his hotel after nearly 5 and a 1/2 months being accommodated here for work. Can't complain about the place as the rooms were kept spot on and cleaned very often. All the staff on reception all are very friendly, especially the breakfast crew , Sarah, Debbie & Jenny , Brody and little Michael ! 👏👏 Anything you want , they'll get it ! The gym is spot on with 2 rooms off equipment to use and the pool , steam & sauna rooms great to .

RIP off company will rip you off supplied code for wedding discount put price up to 240 when I could have gone on website and got it for 170 Totally ripping off customers Was gorging to join gym with son now telling everybody about my experience will loose ten fold

Family stay at the hotel. Pool was a good temperature and very spacious. They have family only hours twice a day which I felt was very generous. The location was very accessible, parking was good. Cost of parking was £5 a day and use of the pool £5 a day. They cook Mr Beast burgers on site which you order through Uber eats, was slightly annoyed at having to pay a delivery charge but guess that’s not the hotels fault. Rooms were quiet, spacious, clean. Good selection of channels on the tv. There wasn’t a bed side table on both sides of the bed and there was no electric socket on either side of the bed. Shower was nice and powerful and room was a good temperature.

Me and my husband took a couple of nights out from our hectic life . We like to find places to stay that we wouldn’t think of normally and this was a little gem . We arrived and check in was so easy room was lovely couldn’t fault it . Went to pub and grill for food and that was delicious the staff was very polite and helpful although there was a young girl on the bar very stressed as she was on her own with a big que bless her . Breakfast was delicious and again the staff was very polite and nothing was too much trouble . Overall a fantastic hotel with lovely staff .

First of all the staff are brilliant, its just a shame the hotel does not reflect them. Parking can be a nightmare, as the bar and the swimming pool, are used by the locals, so parking is a premium at times unless you wish to park as far away from the entrance as possible. Great disabled parking bays, but once again used by those visiting the pool, mums with kids, many not displaying blue badges. Perhaps the locals who are only using the facilities should be told to not park in the main hotel car park. And those parking in disabled bays must display there blue badge. The room was tired, carpet was worn, the door had no stop so slammed if you did not catch it. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, the shower water was hit and miss, sometimes hot... most times just below hot, it was meant to be a power shower, but lacked power. Food way over priced. and limited in what they offer unless your order via deliveroo, which seem to have more options??????? There self check in check out system is not good imo, the staff stand ready to assist, but have to stand all shift. As I said the staff were truly wonderful, couldn't do to much for you, helpful and a pleasure to engage with.
