Location is good. Responsibility of mm t app ends after payment is made by customer and hotel charges for early check in the app while booking but of no use

Room was ok. But basic facilities were not there like dental bath kit, even didn't have an intercom facility in the room we stayed. So for each n every small thing we had to go down to reception counter. Service was not prompt also house keeping staff was not well trained. Another thing is reg hotels restaurant. Taste of food was ok. Restaurant had a very very few options (2-3 only. For lunch and dinner. Also they were only 2 people one shef and other helper. And there was rush in hotel. So found very difficult to get meal on time. Also timing of restaurant was not convenient manager was rude too.

Bathroom tiles not stick-ed to floor properly. Bit uncomfortable while coming and going to bathroom. Geesers are not working. Misanthosh air-condition got installed however they are not working upto the mark.
