They have service apartment and individual rooms as well. I have booked apartment for my birthday get together with my friends we had a good stay. The staff was so polite and friendly before booking the room they told us about each and every necessary information about hotel. We have booked the room on 9th floor and it was pretty decent city view. Overall satisfied. Ratings from my end Room size 5/5 View 5/5 Service 4/5 Staff behaviour 5/5

Worst Property in Hyderabad and I booked for 2 rooms and after searching a location for 2 hours at last I got the property and there is no sign board for this property. I reached at 11 PM and when I reached the property they refused to provide which I booked and the reason was Agoda will provide the rooms for less amount and they won't provide the proper information of Gust after booking. after requesting him that at the time of 11.30 I requested to provide at least one room so we can stay the night. but they refused and later I called OYO and they told I need to speak to Agoda since I booked through the Agoda site. Later we educated them about our situation that I was having 2 kids below 5 yrs and 1 senior citizen I need the room and was not ready to vacate to another property at midnight 1.30 AM. latest they agreed for 1 room and at night 2 they are coming to the room to ask the ID details even though I have sent those details through my Mail ID a the time of check-in, later they told me to send to wats up no and asked me to come to reception at midnight 2.30 AM, the worst experience I had in my life and will never book the OYO rooms due to low cost and still I didn't get my amount refund of 1 room. At last, I would like to tell you about one of the people on the property who was least bothered about our situation, he was playing a PubG game when we were trying to explain our situation. Please don't book this property if you see less booking amount.
