Mango Suites Viera

Very disappointing and bad experience in mango suit vierra. Firstly the rooms are not properly clean and there are fan and air-conditioning vents which are filled with dust. You feel disgusted being in the room as there are no windows and the feeling is not good seeing that dust. Secondly if you order your food from outside and request the hotel to provide cutlery and plates they charge for that and after a lot of argument with the staff they send the plates. Very pathetic as i have heard or seen this in this hotel thirdly there is a restaurant where i would like to complain to their management that it's very unhygienic. I went for my breakfast and behind bread station there are cockroaches coming out. I argued with manager that you guys should have done pest control and on that his reply was that yesterday only we did. Cockroaches and please do not eat there. Even after its included in my room stay in didn't eat there because of these reason. Breakfast is always empty as there are no variety and very poor prep. You will only find one waiter and may be you won't find him there too. Disgusted with seeing cockroaches in restaurant and will not be going back. Very bad experience and will not recommend it if you are coming with family or for a business trip as it is simply not worth the money and very unhygienic.

Review mango suites are an average staying space. Their staff and everyone keep it clean but the space reeks of the last occupancy. This needs to be corrected. The room service can be a little more effective. They can attend to the guests a little more quickly when called upon. Receptionist is usually fairly enough but at times there sits a guy or a girl who is a complete gawar. Still a day or two’s stay in this place is good only.

The hotel location is the only plus as it is in the centre of the city. The rooms are highly priced for the facilities or the category of the hotel. The bathrooms and the toilets are terribly smelly. Some of the bathrooms do not have a glass partition and this the water flows on to the entire bathroom floor while bathing. The breakfast is average. The food is exorbitantly high priced and the portion sizes are too small.

Hotel service standard was incredible! clean room, better furnishings and superb staff. Breakfast was decent.

Good but need improvement in room services. Room was very good with basic amenities. Food was also good.

Its very good location, and very convenient to move for work from that place, all staff is very helpful and polite, management is superb.

They don’t allow swiggy zomato and what if one doesn’t wants to order hotel food?no service was provided, staff was not at all friendly. I asked for cutlery in the room that also they denied.

The stay was very quite and staff was very friendly. I hospitality was very good, i can recommend to stay at this property.
