It’s a defunct property, no toiletries, no staff to provide faster services, no neatness and cleanliness. No renovation done possibly post independence.

Very dirty room. Not cleaned after vacation by the previous customer. Bath rooms are very dirty. Room is also no hygienic and bad smell. Food provided is not able tasty and not fresh. Only ice cream and water is good. With this price, we have so many good hotels near by. I will not advise to anyone to this bad hotel

I stayed at amrutha castle on a family trip and we enjoyed every bit about it. First of all the staff were very welcoming with a smile always no matter what time you speak to them. Srinivas the manager --- you hardly find a helpful manager who takes time to understand your needs an help address them quick, his experience and customer attention is great! Salzburg street caffe shop was simply amazing

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is really good and a number of varieties available. A good place to stay in Hyderabad. Room services are quick. You get all visiting nearest to hotel. Highly recommended place for first time visitors to Hyderabad.

Hotel is very good and food services are very super hygiene and the hospitality by the staffs are very good and so kind Mr bhoopal is very kind hearted he treats and cares the customers very well with a beautiful smile and Mr hemanth make sure that every thing is going good And literally I was in amrutha castle for approx more than 2 weeks It was a good experience and Thank you so much it was a wonderfull

I did not evn been in room. i did not got any refund. Worst ever hotel in my life. All water on sides and wall. No one help

The stay at the hotel was average, inside the room there were a lot of cockroaches, the window of the room couldn't close properly, that is why noise from outside was too much, food was average.
