It's about 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The location is very convenient as you can easily go sightseeing around the city using the metro. It's not a big 5 star hotel, but I think it's good enough for a business stay.

I was satisfied with everything from the first check-in, the completeness of the breakfast buffet, the flexible response, and the cleanliness of the facilities.

Kindly increase the menu options for asian food. The indian menu is vast, but Chinese options are few. Amazing ambience with decent food. A beautifully crafted cocktail was served by one of the boys Karthik. It was a a serene experience! Great !!!!

Stayed here for a night. The staff were all very nice. Got an early check in without any extra cost, which is rare. The breakfast had great variety. The location is very central. The hotel doesn't feel very premium though. The lobby has a fake jewelry counter and the rooms are a bit rough around the edges. Works well for business stays.

It was a very good stay. Warm and welcoming staff. Very friendly environment. Buffet breakfast had excellent options and food was very fresh. Room service was also very quick and neatly maintained rooms. Everyone around was soft spoken and helped guide us around as we were tourists.

Housekeeping service was excellent Mr. N Lenka is a very courteous and helpful person The rooms are good, breakfast service with a wonderful spread and excellent staff made our stay great. Location is very good. Easy access to all modes of transport.

Came to the hotel as banquet event to attend. The experience was great Banquet team helped us a lot. Mr. Mitlesh was great . All was taken care nicely . Want to thank all staff as they are warm and welcoming. Next time i will book event here only. ..

Hotel very comfortable, excellent troop service by paramesh and nagendra. Food is very delicious with a wide variety . Great view from Terrance.Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for your next visit to Hyderabad India.

It was great stay at the Mercure Hyderaɓad. Exrtremely happy with the overall hospitality. Front desk was great and so the housekeeping team. Looking forwad for next visit. Great hotel in the area. All was amazing. Sanjukta was great and sushmita was helpful
