Had a wonderful stay at this hotel located conveniently on the main road, making it easily accessible. The buffet breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. A special mention to the front desk staff – they were incredibly courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their exceptional service truly enhanced my experience. Welcoming staff with smiles on everyone faces. Frontline staff provider me an early checkin. Room ambiance was good and cleaned. Complimentary breakfast spread was good. Hotel location was very near to all the major shopping malls. Overall good experience staying in this hotel. Thanks for making my stay memorable. Will ome back again.

Dear Zibe Team, I had a great experience, and much of that was due to the exceptional service provided by your staff. Positive Aspects: Friendly and Welcoming Staff: From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They made the check-in process quick and smooth (Provided Early Check-in). Housekeeping: The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping my room tidy throughout my stay. I appreciated the attention to detail, and it was clear they took great pride in their work. Maintenance/Concierge: I had a minor issue with the Body Wash/Soap in my room, and the maintenance team took care of it promptly. I found that the selection of items( Breakfast) was somewhat limited. I was hoping for a wider variety of choices to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. Could have included more variety or alternative options. I look forward to seeing some improvements in future stays. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. It's clear that the team at Zibe is dedicated to ensuring a positive guest experience, and I would not hesitate to stay with you again or recommend your hotel to others. Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

The hotel room was clean and the staffs are very accommodating that they are able to help me with my queries. I had a wonderful experience with them. The location is also very near to my testing center which lessen the burden in finding the exam center.

The butter chicken is so delicious . The staffs are very accommodating and very kind. They arranged my airport transfers and gave me late check outs. They always assisting their guests very politely. Very quiet surrounding as well. Thank you for your awesome service

The rooms are clean with all the necessary amenities for business travel. The Buffet breakfast is excellent. The Staff is courteous and professional. The Hotel premises are well maintained with Gym and other amenities. I would recommend this for your future stay.
