Hotel location is excellent. This property needs lot of maintenance. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

It's a old hotel. But wel maintained. Location is excellent. Size of room and cleanliness is very good. Well behaved staffs. They have got two restaurants. One is for buffet and the other one attached to bar. So i have taken my food outside.

Stay experience was at best average. 1. Even if we had paid for extra bed/person for child, no extra bed was provided at the time of check-in on their own. We have to ask for it explicitly from room. 2. They did not provide for towel and water bottle for extra bed person booked by us and we have to again ask for it on both days of our stay. 3. We did not get hot water for bathing on 1 out if 2 days. They gave the usual excuse of large group of customers using all hot water in the morning and asked us to wait for 15 min ( which did not help still! in any case, even in the evening, water was only luke warm. 4. Free breakfast was ok. 5. For dinner in hotel restaurant, not all items from menu were a available.

Apart from cleanliness cockroaches in the room/bathroom rest food etc was good. Though staff was courteous to do pest control in night while it wasn’t helpful and cockroaches were still good. Food was good !

The hotel ambience is good, house keeping staff all good. Tv cable was not working and the attendant said it is same issue in most of the rooms. I stayed for 2 days but on second day toiletries were not refreshed.
