do not stay here. They will charge you a premium amount of rent but give you rooms. The hotel is worst rooms are like a lodge. Do not stay here. Bathroom stink with a broken toilet.

The hotel needs to work on their washrooms & their staff as well, people were rude. If i have selected and paid for a package that provides breakfast, how can you say that the breakfast is complimentary ? no, it’s not, i’ve paid for it. Overall i would not recommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels i stayed in my career. Literally thier were cockroachs running in the room when we entered. Terribly maintained rooms. It had bad odour in the room across my stay. Breakfast had no options, the quality also was subdued. The staff at the breakfast counter was rude. Please don't ever book this hotel.

This hotel is no doubt very conveniently located but hygiene and safety standards are terrible for the price you pay here. Towels are dirty and often have holes in them. In fact you need to keep reminding them that you need towels. You will get a bath towel. No hand or face towel. Most of the housekeeping staff don't wear masks and are poorly trained in hospitality. Food is very good and tasty - full marks to the culinary team.

Quality and interior of rooms is very bad. Rooms are dirty and not kept clean. I could see dust all around my room. Hotel needs an interior upgrade. The staff is nice and courteous. I will not be staying at this hotel again due to interiors of room and hygiene issue.

Cacroges in room, any food you order not available, 24 h restaurant not available, bathroom is very congested, totally money waste hotel. Do not suggest this hotel.
