As per booking double bed room should be provided by hotel but no sufficient space available for 02 adult+2 children. Room is smaller in size hence conjusted

Staff is very terrible. They keep on staring at ladies in the family and make the place kind of insecure. Staff has to be professional. Staff always looks for tips even if we ask for small bote of water they expect tips to be given. Very bad experience.

Hotal is good but,i am booking hotel before 15days of journey, my requirements (earli chek in) top floor staying, and twins bed, but tha staff not respond my requirements, my reting 3/5

Food was awesome in the restaurant
only problem is room cleanliness as night sleep was disturbed because of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. May be if the have cleaned good then it might be avoided.

At panchaatna, i had average experience as bathroom windows doesn't has glass, basin was nor clean as well as tv cable was not working it was under maintenance. Please find below inages

The hotel is good for the budget travelers. The staff are very polite. The room is very spacious. The only issue is that i booked the room via make my trip due to which they do not give gst bill. They claim they are third party and will not provide bill.
