Being my first time to travel, it was quite exciting to see different views, people and their traditions. Holiday Inn Hotel is beautiful, my room was cozy, clean with a comfortable bed, and freshness

We stayed at Stay Bershire Inn while attending our son's wedding at the beginning of May. Our stay was flawless. The hotel room was clean, quiet and convenient. Joseph, the manager, saw to our every need for the entire three-day stay. He was always friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast he provided each day was a fabulous way for us to start our day! We will definitely be returning.

I had a stay at The Central Court Hotel in Hyderabad (Lakpdika pul) from August 14th to 18th, 2024, for a family vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was worst in terms of stay & Hygiene From the moment we arrived, the overall ambiance of our room was uninviting, largely due to the dim lighting that created an uncomfortable atmosphere. More troubling, however, was the state of cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, which was poorly maintained and had a persistent unpleasant odour. On Thursday, August 15th, we returned from a city tour to find a dead centipede and several cockroaches in our room. Although the housekeeping staff cleaned the floor upon our request, no further action was taken. We were disappointed not to receive any follow-up or apology from the management, particularly from the General Manager, Mr. Sunil Rai. To this day, we have not received either a call or an apology email. In addition, the towels and floor napkins provided were consistently dirty. Despite being a family of three, only two towels were provided each day, forcing us to request a third towel daily. The buffet breakfast was another disappointment, as it was served cold on each occasion. Throughout our stay, the attitude of the staff was indifferent, lacking the hospitality one would expect from a hotel claiming a 3 or 4-star rating. The lack of concern for guest satisfaction was evident in their casual approach to our issues. Given these experiences, do not recommend The Central Court Hotel- Hyderabad , Lakdika pul to others.

Superb food and impeccable service at Jonathan kitchen , food really makes our stay pleasant, miss uma and team of restaurant needs special mention , all are very great and excellent service, all are really very attentive, chef moja , chanadan are very good cook.

Appalling experience at this hotel. We had a paid booking from 31st of july 2022 to 2nd aug 2022. We had requested early checkin and also confirmed by the hotel staff a day prior that early checking is possible with an additional charges, which we agreed to pay, but denied early checking upon arrival. The guy at the reception is perhaps the most inefficient, unprofessional hospitality staff I have ever came across in my diverse travel experience. He did not even acknowledge our present, did not even offer a seat. Totally closed off and not at all communicative. The numbers that were shared with us by the booking partner makemytrip were all switched off or non responsive. We choose this hotel for its closeness to the location we were visiting but ended up having worst experience on our life, being exhausted from sleepless night due to an early morning flight and being stranded at banjara hills trying to call to check availability of nearby hotels was a sheer nightmare.

Hai Guys, we a group of 8 people stayed in this hotel on 27th Dec 2023. This is the WORST WORST WORST Ever Hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. Please be aware it is not a Three star hotel and should be rated as ZERO STAR HOTEL. The Photos in their website might have been taken long time back while inaugurating the Hotel. Inside the Hotel is terrible. It is better to stay on platform rather than this Hotel. The Rooms are very bad, the mattresses are very very hard and nobody can sleep on them. Food in the restaurant is the worst I have ever tasted. Broken Washbasin, NO HOT WATER, RATS IN THE BASEMENT, The Bathrooms are badly stinking. The Toilet Flush did not work. There was no hot water. This hotel didn't deserve the amount we paid. The Hotel people are biggest cheaters and they don't have any concern about the customers. Please avoid this WORST WORST WORST HOTEL. Thanks.

Best Western Ashoka is a great place when I take a trip back in Lakdi ka pul hyderabad . It is heaven for a place and services are nothing less than satisfactory. My family always enjoy their time at peace here. A must for anyone who's finding a place to rest in excruciating heat of summer or winter. Staff also very helpful Thanks all the team to make our stay incredible especially thanks Ms Duty Manager too helping nature and positive attitude.
