Average sized rooms, bathrooms are cleaned furniture old but we'll maintained. It's a budget friendly hotel to stay very close to kacheguda railway station. Many small eatiers around. They provide you with all basic amenities like bottled drinking water soap, oil clean towels hot water gesyer and tea coffee powder and hot water kettle. Newspaper in every room. Breakfast spread is average but hygienic and good in taste. In house restaurant has limited menu, but prepared fresh for you according to your taste buds. Overall a tourist friendly hotel if you are looking for basic amenities.

We stayed in standard room for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious. Location is good. The restaurant serves all kind of cuisine but little costly evenn after the 25 percent discount that os given to the boarder. Only problematic is their travel desk. It charges very b wry high

The hotel management and staff has a lackadaisical attitude towards guests, Myself, my kids and my elderly parents stayed here for 4 nights 5 days, I have had worst experience here till date,here goes the list 1) within 1st hour of checking in the staff is extremely rubbish and inefficient the counter with tea and coffee was dusty and to our horror there was a spiders nest under the kettle, when we lifted the kettle to fill it up all the spiderlings scuttled away and when we called the reception to complain about it, they sent a guy who said I will fetch some cleaning staff, who never showed up that day or any other day. 2)The bottled water was not sealed looked as if its been filled at sink . 3) the toilets stank of pee, requested them to send someone to clean, and yes the cleaning staff did not show up later on upon ringing reception they said the cleaners knocked my door but I was not there, which was not true as me and my family flew from london we were jet lagged so decided to relax in the room waiting for the staff to clean the bathroom, To add to our horror, We later found the room and the toilets were infested by the cockroaches, toilets also flooded occasionally during showers. 4) We had booked a room for 5 guests, and there were only 4 beds, They added a mattress on the floor and was given a duvet cover, instead of a duvet, I rang the reception to check if I could be given a duvet, but was refused saying they are all in the washing, next night I called again they said we have a shortage of duvets and asked me to manage somehow and was promised a duvet next night.... That promise was never kept. 5) My parents who were fasting requested a bottle of water which was never sent to their room inspite of repeated requests. 6)I complained about the toilets flooding and requested a room change, I was told the superviser will visit the room and note down my concerns, that once again never happened. 7) on one of the day the cleaning staff after cleaning the room did not refill the teabags, sugars etc. When we rang the reception to request for those they said It costs money and they cant keep topping things up for us and that the cleaning staff has said that the did their job right by refilling the teas and coffees, that seriously put me off so we went out to get some tea, however when we returned they had put some satches of tea and coffee. 8)The bedsheets a duvet covers were dirty and worn, curtains were old and unwashed, shower curtain was mouldy and yellow. I will never ever waste my money on this hotel again where the staff is so rude and inefficient, their aircons dont work properly, they dont have exhaust fans for their windowless toilets and have extremly slippery floors for a bathroom causing tripping hazzard for my elderly parents, they staff is extremely efficient at averting customer requests. I am absolutely disgusted, humiliated and apalled, staying here was a wrong choice. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever infact wil

Poor Reception Staff. Called up asking for check out time inspite of reconfirming existing booking.

We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary at the Taj Falaknuma Palace and the entire team made it a truly memorable experience. Right from the entry gate every staff member knew it was our special occasion and wished us. The entry to the hotel in the horse carriage, the welcome at the reception with the flower petals showering and the comfortable suite allotted to us, made it all so special. Even the F&B service and the dining experiences were exemplary, as were the relaxing experiences in the Spa. This will be a trip to remember for ever. Thank you Taj.

I stayed here as part of a group booking with 25 + other extended family members for a birthday celebration. No doubt, the overall hospitality and service at Marriott is excellent, with our multiple service requests met, given the size of the group and many senior citizens as guests. The check-in welcome with drinks and pearl garlands were thoughtful gestures. The breakfast spread at Momo cafe is quite hearty, though the on-duty F&B manager showed some impatience with my senior citizen family members' multiple table requests. The Marriott Courtyard rooms were luxurious, well maintained, spacious and some of them had a great view of the lake. However, the Marriott Hotel and Convention centre needs a major upgrade. Especially, the private dining area space that we booked for the main event at Altitude Bar and Lounge was poorly maintained and run down with worn out furniture, missing ceiling lights, scratched wooden floors and a shabby terrace area attached to it, with exposed electrical work, bird droppings and damaged wall panels. The biggest disappointment though was the pre-booking sales experience, led by Mz. Divya and her team, and the ongoing conversation with multiple teams related to the above booked space. Starting with the room booking experience, there was not enough coordination and clear communication from the sales team related to the booking such as this being a group 'event'. Rooms were booked in Marriott Hotel and Convention Center when we wanted them at Courtyard since the former had rooms with bathtubs that posed a potential safety risk to senior citizens from slipping, and despite the team knowing this fact. Later on and after our visit tobthe hotel to tour the property, the Director of Operations, Mr Ghosh was very rude during a discussion on the run down nature of the booked event space. When we raised concerns about the infrastructure and asked for further discounts, Mr. Ghosh was happy to refund our hotel room booking advance and si6ggested we host our event elsewhere since Marriott received 'healthy business' and this wouldn't be a loss for them at all. I don't think this attitude is aligned with the overall brand image of Marriott and sends a message that Marriott only cares about money and not about respecting their guests needs and asks. This conversation could have been handled much better, given we were just 2 days away from our stay with a big group of family members, many over 70 years of age. Please train your senior management to engage more graciously with guests and bring more of brand Marriott's international standards to the overall infrastructure and people engagements for this property.

Truly amazing place to stay in Hyderabad. The staff was absolutely amazing :) we can’t thank them enough for making our stay memorable and super comfortable - from the delicious breakfast, to spa, and the reception team.

Friendly staff .. good and tasty food … and comfortable stay… will all amenities…. In main city accessible from all side … jam is funny and great manager and help around for all needs … amazing stay overall and will recommend everyone to stay…

It's about 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The location is very convenient as you can easily go sightseeing around the city using the metro. It's not a big 5 star hotel, but I think it's good enough for a business stay.
