I recently had the privilege of staying at the majestic Taj Falaknuma Palace, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The palace's stunning architecture, impeccable service, and world-class amenities made my stay nothing short of extraordinary. However, what truly made my stay remarkable was the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. Tejal Somani. His warm welcome, attentive nature, and personalized care ensured that every moment of my stay was comfortable and memorable. His dedication to excellence is a shining example of Taj's renowned service standards. From lavish dining to exquisite room amenities, every detail was meticulously taken care of. The palace's majestic beauty, coupled with Tejal's outstanding service, made me feel like royalty. Thank you, Taj Falaknuma Palace, for an unforgettable experience. Average sized rooms, bathrooms are cleaned furniture old but we'll maintained. It's a budget friendly hotel to stay very close to kacheguda railway station. Many small eatiers around. They provide you with all basic amenities like bottled drinking water soap, oil clean towels hot water gesyer and tea coffee powder and hot water kettle. Newspaper in every room. Breakfast spread is average but hygienic and good in taste. In house restaurant has limited menu, but prepared fresh for you according to your taste buds. Overall a tourist friendly hotel if you are looking for basic amenities.

The hotel is beautiful with the shining floor in the lobby, veran***. They provided quick access to the room (No 224). The room was decent with sufficient illumination though one LED bulb was not working. The doormat was missing and arranged only after telling them. The room service is not that professional and the linen strip on the bed had stains of waterdrops etc. The toiletries were good. The bathroom glass cabin is too small and the door has collided with the shower tap erected at the roof side. The mini-bar refrigerator was empty, disconnected and the safe was not working either. The complimentary breakfast was really so sumptuous, items like soft idli, upama, sambar, juice, dosa made the day but they could not prepare uttapam, anyway, the breakfast experience was really nice. The coffee maker electric jar and the sugar sachets were ok. The capsule lift looked gorgeous while moving. The front desk staff should learn to put on a smile at least while dealing with the guests. The Venue dining staff was felt eager to serve..I appreciate them all. A lot of scopes to improve room interiors and the dressing table should have a little calendar, digital table clock, menu book, dos and don'ts paper, etc. At first-day room cleaning, they took the washroom towels and then not replaced them with the washed ones for next-day usage. The sliding wooden door for the toilets produced a terrible screeching sound every time the doors slid back and forth. Overall the stay was great and joyful.

Great Hotel, Excellent services The staff there are suuuuuuuper kind and friendly After checking out, I was sitting at the lobby for about two hours and they have me: - a cup of coffee - some biscuits - like 5 bottles of water - some pastry to take away absolutely amazing

The hotel management and staff has a lackadaisical attitude towards guests, Myself, my kids and my elderly parents stayed here for 4 nights 5 days, I have had worst experience here till date,here goes the list 1) within 1st hour of checking in the staff is extremely rubbish and inefficient the counter with tea and coffee was dusty and to our horror there was a spiders nest under the kettle, when we lifted the kettle to fill it up all the spiderlings scuttled away and when we called the reception to complain about it, they sent a guy who said I will fetch some cleaning staff, who never showed up that day or any other day. 2)The bottled water was not sealed looked as if its been filled at sink . 3) the toilets stank of pee, requested them to send someone to clean, and yes the cleaning staff did not show up later on upon ringing reception they said the cleaners knocked my door but I was not there, which was not true as me and my family flew from london we were jet lagged so decided to relax in the room waiting for the staff to clean the bathroom, To add to our horror, We later found the room and the toilets were infested by the cockroaches, toilets also flooded occasionally during showers. 4) We had booked a room for 5 guests, and there were only 4 beds, They added a mattress on the floor and was given a duvet cover, instead of a duvet, I rang the reception to check if I could be given a duvet, but was refused saying they are all in the washing, next night I called again they said we have a shortage of duvets and asked me to manage somehow and was promised a duvet next night.... That promise was never kept. 5) My parents who were fasting requested a bottle of water which was never sent to their room inspite of repeated requests. 6)I complained about the toilets flooding and requested a room change, I was told the superviser will visit the room and note down my concerns, that once again never happened. 7) on one of the day the cleaning staff after cleaning the room did not refill the teabags, sugars etc. When we rang the reception to request for those they said It costs money and they cant keep topping things up for us and that the cleaning staff has said that the did their job right by refilling the teas and coffees, that seriously put me off so we went out to get some tea, however when we returned they had put some satches of tea and coffee. 8)The bedsheets a duvet covers were dirty and worn, curtains were old and unwashed, shower curtain was mouldy and yellow. I will never ever waste my money on this hotel again where the staff is so rude and inefficient, their aircons dont work properly, they dont have exhaust fans for their windowless toilets and have extremly slippery floors for a bathroom causing tripping hazzard for my elderly parents, they staff is extremely efficient at averting customer requests. I am absolutely disgusted, humiliated and apalled, staying here was a wrong choice. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever infact wil

I have been booking my room in abode since 5 yrs .The Bed feels like water bed so fluffy and soft. I always like to book suites,as it has large sized area and makes me and my family feel Home like. the staff here responds in a very polite manner and they respond immediately. Staff like l, room services,house keeping, receptionists..and all.thank you abode for making my trip to Hyderabad so comfortable with all your provided comforts.

Truly amazing place to stay in Hyderabad. The staff was absolutely amazing :) we can’t thank them enough for making our stay memorable and super comfortable - from the delicious breakfast, to spa, and the reception team.

Poor Reception Staff. Called up asking for check out time inspite of reconfirming existing booking.
