The hotel is very nicely located close to a beach that is directly accessible from the hotel area. The hotel has got a free swimmingpool, and sun-beds for guests. But (at least compared to our last stay in 2023), the hotel has lost some of its "charm". For a three-star hotel the cost of a twin-bed room with breakfast of 238 to 258 euros pr night is getting expensive. When we stayed in 2023, the staff was very friendly and helpful - and we quickly decided to stay here in 2024. This time some of the members of staff were not very helpful. When one of us got food-poisoned at one of the lasts day of our stay (most likely from a meal at the hotel). We wanted to stay another night The staff were not very helpful and of much assistance (e.g checking if there were other hotels (of the same chain) close by that had rooms and other possibilities). Also one of the waiters behaved close to very rude towards us during one of our first evening meals. This is rather sad, because the hotel has all the potential of being a very nice place that we could stay at again.

Sejour agreable dans l ensemble. Un peu quand meme la sensation de déranger avec un enfant de 7 ans et une fille de 15 ans car tout est prevu pour les curistes.
Notre dernier jour nous voulions profiter de la piscine avant de partir on a du attendre que le cours de gym aquatique soit fini.
Quelques finitions a retravailler pour le prix de la nuit.
Personnel agreable surtout petit plus pour le petit dejeuner.

La climatisation sarrette la nuit . C’est vraiment nul en plein mois de juillet à Hyeres. On n’ouvre pas les fenêtres à cause des moustiques qui pullulent suite à la présence de lacs aux alentours. La réception me garantit que ça marche. Entre-temps c’est la canicule dans la chambre 118, le 13 juillet à minuit et demi au moment où j’écris.

Très bonne Accueil mais l'hôtel est très moyen. La chambre au 2ème étage, il y a un escalier très dangereux. L'accès à la thalasso pas idéal, si besoin un peignoir a 8€ la location sachant le prix de la chambre!!!Le petit dèj copieux . Je confirme un rideau pour séparer la chambre e la salle de bain Pas le top

Hôtel peu agréable vu de l'extérieur. A l'intérieur, accueil correct. Accès aux chambres peu pratique avec une déco inexistante et des couloirs en plein vent. Le restaurant est correct sans plus. Revoir le mobilier triste et sans style. Personnel très sympathique

Nous avons été accueillis par Nabil personne très agréable et accueillante merci à lui. Cela est fort agréable dans des structures aussi grandes. Il a pris le temps sans nous presser et avec le sourire et sa bonne humeur. La chambre est très agréable. Nous avons passé un bon moment . Merci a lui . Clémence et Adrien.

Accueil de l’hôtel souriant et pro, chambres confortables…20/20 pour Le Spa, la qualité des soins et la bienveillance des thérapeutes….. très très décevant que le magnifique espace piscine ne soit pas équipé de multi jet comme dans toutes les Thalasso du monde .. du coup je n’y retournerai pas …

Cadre de rêve : les pieds dans l'eau plage de 2km, jardin agréable, + transats devant la mer!! Chambre un peu petite mais fonctionnelle + terrasse, + piscine intérieure en cas de vent ou de pluie très bien. Thalasso non pratiquée mais fait l'unanimité de clients amis. Seul bémol petit déjeuner impossible en chambre et pas d'un très bon niveau, idem pour le restaurant midi et soir carte peu imaginative, on ne demande pas 5 ou 10 plats 2 ou 3 mais idées du jour et pas de glaces au mois de juin. Un peu radin en cuisine?
