The location is fantastic, right next to Palas. The staff in reception were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours before our flight. The room was great: very comfy BIG bed and great facilities (mini-fridge, TV, good room heating, lots of towels, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries). The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness in the shower cabin - the sealant in the shower cabin desperately needed replacing and the shower head and cable need to be cleaned properly (there were noticeable deposits). The water pressure was also pretty low but I think that was because of the cold weather so couldn't really be helped). Other areas of the bathroom and room were spotless. The breakfast was delicious and there was an option to have breakfast in the room, which we took advantage on on our furst day. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a GREAT stay during a stressful trip and we would definitely stay there again.

The propaganda has everything, but when it comes there is nothing. The TV is small, the air conditioner is broken, the phone is off line, the water pressure in the shower is too low, and the gym is not open. When I asked the front desk why there is no one, the front desk clerk said: "You just booked it for one day." I was speechless. I went in for 15 minutes, but they didn't give me a refund at 12:30. Ctrip was kind enough to give me some cash back.

Hotel International Iasi is a stylish 4-star hotel in a prime location, Palas commercial and cultural area, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and clean having a good view to the city center. The staff is friendly and attentive, with efficient service overall. The on-site restaurant serves a diverse and delicious menu, particularly the breakfast buffet wich is very diversified. The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including a fitness center, SPA and indoor pool. I really enjoyed the view from the sky bar over the Palas area, including to the Palatul Culturii building.

It is a large, modern hotel in the city center. Close to many attractions (my room had a great view of the splendid museum nearby. It is also close to a large shopping mall and many restaurants. The room was large and spotless. The bathroom had all the needed amenities. There was no ambient noise in the night. Breakfast was the usual buffet. We were glad we stayed.

It is the second time that we stay here, but the first with our baby boy. We find in the room a welcome present for the baby, such a beautiful gift and we are so grateful that they are so careful for the details. Thank you! For sure we will be back! Everything is so great here! The staff has a big plus for the way that are treating the guests!

We enjoyed our stay at international hotel as a family with two kids. Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good food for included breakfast and at both restaurants. The bed was soft and comfortable. Spa zone really relaxing. We do recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10. 🙂

Nice hotel. Has a couple of nice places to eat within. Situated within walking distance of a great shopping centre and the palace. Easy transfers and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was great! The bar on the top floor serves great cocktails.

Very clean hotel, very well positioned, very kind staff, verry good food, everything on superlative. The spa, although I didn't use it, just visited, is more than enough for relaxation. I think that is the Best hotel in Iași. Everything was grate.

Professional and friendy staff, I had a clean room every day, excellent and various breakfast, the spa with the jacuzzi, hamam and sauna is so nice for relaxing. International Hotel is near the big Palas Mall, a lot of shopping restaurants and Barsat 5 minutes walk. I highly recommand this Hotel, where I'll be back soon.
