It is very close to Ibaraki Station, so it is very convenient if you want to go to the Ibaraki campus of Ritsumeikan to take exams. However, you can stay in better hotels in Shin-Osaka at the same price, but it is still too small for travel.

This place was so much better than expected. We stayed in the area due to my sister living nearby. I was worried the room would be small and have no facilities as the information was not good. However , yes it was small but so are most rooms in japan but it had everything we needed in facilities, a fridge, kettle, good bathroom , TV, a comfy bed and a desk to check in on work if needed. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is close to the train line but no noise at night due to good noise blocking windows. The price was very reasonable so I recommend this hotel to anyone going to that area.
