I used it on my honeymoon. It was clean and stylish, and the front desk staff was very kind and fun, making my stay easy. He gave me great recommendations for walking around town and restaurants, and I had some great memories.
Also, when I informed them that I would not be able to eat the breakfast I had booked because I was leaving early on the check-out day, I was very impressed that they prepared bread and drinks like a lunch box when I checked out.

Positive: very central, nice stuff, its clean Negative: i've been here 4 nights and was seriously thinking about changing my hostel after the first night. As a light sleeper, you're in hell here. Its SO LOUD, i can hear every single person in this hostal talking, banging doors, having S*x, doing whatever, it feels like the walls are made out of cardboard. And since there are people coming home at all times during the night and even the morning, i woke up a 100 times every night. The toilet right in front of my room was used by so many people during the night coming home from partying (even though it wasn't theirs to be used! ) and everyone was banging the door shut. Constraction work right outside the building starts early in the morning, so even if you found your sleep in the morning, it won't last long, believe me. Would never return to this place and dont recommend it.

Good hotel and in good location which good sized rooms and a pool on the roof. The only issue for me that for a 4 star hotel there were no iron/ ironing board facilities for guests which is such a basic requirement for any hotel that claims to be 4 stars. They have an ironing/ laundry facility which obviously costs more money to use, but if I want a shirt ironed I have to give it to them the day before. Please please invest in irons/ ironing boards for guests. It’s a basic facility for guests to use.

The first time I came to Ibiza, I was very happy to book this hotel. The location of the hotel is 7 kilometers away from the airport and it is 1 kilometer away from the bus. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and there is a Yanhai Avenue on the left. Smoking, breakfast is rich, dinner is exquisite and delicious.

The experience was nice generally, the hotel has the best views of the Ocean. The beach is also better compared to the sides of San Antonio. Their Blavos restaurant was also amazing, the food was tasty. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location and excellent hotel. The daily breakfast was a wonderful treat and all the staff is professional and courteous. Eric in the restaurant was especially wonderful with his service and smile every morning. We had the wood fired pizzas one night that were delicious. The rooms are large and clean and the balconies were an added bonus. The mini bars in the rooms are fully stocked and the housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive to details. We walked along the port every morning and can walk to the Old Town Ibiza in 25 minutes.

This aparthotel is in a great location. Beach on doorstep and 15 mins walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The shower is amazing with great pressure. If you’re a light sleeper in any way, don’t stay here as the walls are paper thin. You can hear the toilet flushing in the room above and furniture moving from rooms beside and above. There is also a large space under the room door so you can hear a whisper when people are passing by on the corridor.

The service of the hotel is very good, because it was my birthday and honeymoon to say hello in advance, the hotel specially arranged the room for us. The service attitude of the hotel staff was super good, and the staff at the front desk gave us a lot of travel suggestions. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and it is very close to the city center. The old town and the seaside are basically walkable. Other areas can rent a car and set off on their own. If you have any needs, you can ask the front desk. There aren't many taxis, but they all have strongholds, which are located near the downtown harbor.

Lovely stay at Bon Sol Prestige for a few nights. Welcomed by Richard on reception who we saw daily, he was so friendly and Great at salsa dancing. Bon soo is right in the heart of Bossa. Short walk to Ibiza town and close to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the pool. Pool was lovely and clean with plenty of loungers. Great restaurant on site with more friendly staff, especially Mary. Would highly recommend.

BBeth MMe and my partner stayed here for a week in September. The general vibe of the hotel is great, the pool area is really nice and chilled out. There is a bar near the pool and a rooftop bar open in the evenings which is great to watch the sunset from. Staff were all really friendly. Rooms have good facilities and felt clean, there was a kitchen and fridge which was handy. There is also a ceiling fan which we preferred using over the air con. The balcony was spacious and looked over the pool. We did not have any food whilst at the hotel as we would eat at restaurants. There is a small shop around the corner and some lovely beaches within a 5 minute walk. The downsides to this hotel is the distance from the main *****, which is around a 20 minute walk, we ended up using taxis a lot as the area around the hotel is very dark and at night wasn’t a nice walk, luckily it would only be a few minute wait for a taxi and could cost around 7 euros to get to the *****. The hotel is also very noisy, despite being quite far out we thought that this would be a quieter hotel to stay at, the walls seem paper thin and even being on the 1st floor you can hear everything in reception, people opening/closing doors, going to the toilet etc, I would recommend ear plugs if you plan on going to sleep before 2am! We also had a double bedroom which was just two twin beds pushed together which moved easily so we were essentially in a twin bed room as by the morning there would be a gap between us. Overall we had a great stay here and really enjoyed being at this hotel, with a few improvements such as soundproofing and better beds it would be perfect.

Llesleyannj2013We stayed at Duqesa for 3 weeks and didn’t want to leave. Rooms are spotless and cleaned thoroughly daily. They are very well equipped with a lovely cool bedroom and a very powerful shower in bathroom. There is a lovely rooftop pool with plenty of beds and never overly busy. The location is perfect for us as a short walk to marina, bars and restaurants and the beach. The road noise is loud but you are bang in the centre. What really makes this hotel is the amazing staff. Have travelled all over and never had as lovely friendly obliging staff. Catered to our every need with a friendly smile and chat every day. Yolanda, Rene, Walid and Tony, it was a pleasure to meet you all.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel Extremely clean however breakfast was a very big disappointment as all hot items were cold on the hot plates. I Spoke to the staff about this but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could do an omelette they said they would go and speak to the chef after a few minutes they came back and said that an omelette wasn't possible. I continued the breakfast with cold items such as meat and cheeses.
The chef came out on several occasions to rearrange food at no time did he replenish the hot items
Should you wish breakfast at this location do not expect a hot buffet as it will not be hot unless you are present as they are putting the whole buffet out at the start of service. Overall a major disappointment especially with the attitude of the staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast offerings. The spread was complete and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes Moreover, the reception service was exceptional. Special mention goes to Alicia, who provided outstanding assistance. Her friendly and professional demeanor made my stay even more enjoyable. The excellent service and warm hospitality at this hotel truly stand out. Highly recommended!

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights 23rd to 26th of August for my daughters hen party we were a group of 8 and had 3 rooms. The hotels location is excellent to get to the beach and the strip, it was spotless and we had our room cleaned daily. It was not what I was expecting for a 2 star hotel I think we were all pleasantly surprised we slept well as the beds were comfortable and had fresh towels every day. The breakfast was really nice, plenty of choices. The rooms were a good Size, we were in a room for 2 and had a balcony the larger rooms didn't have a balcony but air con was good in all of our rooms. The pool was really nice and we found Orlando the pool and bar guy plesent. The only negative is because we had a balcony the previous guests have smoked in the room and we mentioned this to the maid and she sprayed it with a stronger air conditioner, but it didn't make alot of difference so we had balcony door open most of the time but air con didn't work when the door was open. The other rooms how ever were fine. This hotel is worthy of a 3 or 4 star and was perfect for our stay, we all enjoyed ourselves so well done to all of the staff there. I would stay here again if I came back to ibiza.

GGuest UserOur visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

Lovely hotel, clean minimalist bedrooms, not far from the ‘*****’ about 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants on the sea front Ibiza is just amazing, the hotel didn’t disappoint. Great music on in the day, the life guard is always cleaning round and is so happy and chirpy. Friendly welcoming staff We just had bed and breakfast only made it down once ( if you know you know 🤣) meals around the pool lovely. Supermarket at the side of the hotel sells the best salad and fruit boxes!!!! Perfect for the worst hangovers 100% recommend

GGuest UserWhere do I start…. Worst hotel ever!!! We booked this through ***********, note when booking that hotel only operates 14:00-16:00 check in which is complete load of crap given it’s 5 minutes from the airport, why would anyone stay there if not for early/late flight?! We arrived at 2:45 am (flight was late and queue at the airport was mad) just to find out that they have given away our room and so we ended up homeless in Ibiza at 3 am in pouring rain!! Receptionist didn’t speak a word of English nor invited us in or offered us a drink but left us standing in the rain while both of us, me and my partner were trying to call hotels and find an alternative! Receptionist didn’t even offered to help. We ended up in the other side of island, paid €600 just to sleep in for couple hours and €30 taxi there (and back again next day as we had to collect rental car from the airport) and OM Hotel refused to take any responsibility for causing us the stress and wasting so much money on some crap room, they didn’t even get back to me when I sent them an email with the complaint and not have responded when I’ve asked for compensation, they did wave no show fee (ha ha can you imagine?!). This is not a hotel and certainly not a hotel customer service, scammers if anything as I bet intention was to give the room away and then charge us no show fee but unfortunately for them we did show up! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything more traumatic than this, ruined our holiday and left bad taste in our mouths for the rest of vacation!
