This is a very popular modern Aparthotel in Figueretas. The rooms have a good shower room and a very comfortable bed. The kitchenette has just two hot plates and no oven, but there is an efficient microwave with a grill function. There’s a spacious living area with dining table but the best is the balcony with its view over the bay. There’s a roof terrace too, with plants of space to soak up the rays and a hot tub. Downstairs is a gym and a restaurant (189) which has a good menu. We stayed for Christmas and the staff were super-friendly.

We had 2 nights here on way to Formentera. We had a seaview room with a balcony which was amazing. Almost on the beach, fantastic views. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on the food. Staff were friendly and rooms were spotless. Perfectly situated for restaurants and bars and some very good bakery/ cafes where we got breakfast just a couple of roads away. A 15 min walk away from centre and the castle, so perfect! Given hotel a 4* rather than a 5* as it is a little tired and worn in places but would definitely stay here again.

Our visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant.
During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters.
Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long).
At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow.
5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”.
I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure.
So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family.
The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice.
The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour.
For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport.
I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me.
I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

The service is excellent, as are the facilities. They also give you the possibility, the day you leave, to spend the whole day in the hotel and take a shower before leaving (they provide you with towels, shampoo...).
The location is good, it is not the center of Ibiza but it is very close to Cala Gracioneta and Cala Saladeta, supermarkets and all kinds of services.

Fabulous hotel in a great location - away from the bars and clubs but just across the bay in a water taxi (right outside the hotel) and we walked back - about 20 minutes. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were half board and the food was fantastic - freshly cooked, very tasty and lots of choice. We upgraded to the one club which included access to a private area with snacks and drinks (soft and alcoholic) from 12-8pm. The room, however was a lot smaller than we expected for the price we paid. There was no chair, apart from a swinging chair which is more of a feature and very little storage. There were plenty of very comfortable sunbeds so no need to get up ridiculously early to reserve them. The DJs and music are a nice addition and not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation while listening. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially Monica in the one club. Definitely worth a visit

My wife and I stayed here for a week this month and had a terrific time. The room was very comfortable and the aircon was spectacular (we were able to set it nice and cold which was need on the super hot days!). As it is a new hotel, the beds, towels and furnishings were all very new. As with many great hotels, the staff really went the extra mile to make us happy and we often relaxed around the extremely clean and tidy pool. We stayed half board and supper was served next door in the Club hotel. The restaurant there is beautiful and has stunning views across the bay. The food at breakfast and for supper was excellent. A nice combination of buffet and very well cooked a la carte dishes. Evening entertainment in the club was brilliant - some great musicians, magicians and dance (with fire!) performances. Every evening we were pleasantly suprised by the professional nature of them all. San Miguel is a quiet little bay and if you want a ”get away for it all” vacation, then this will suit perfectly. Without doubt, we will go back and look forward to experiencing more of the same!

TTraveler 123I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirador Dalt Vila in Ibiza, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.
First and foremost, the location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Ibiza, the views from the Mirador Dalt Vila are absolutely stunning. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and the charming old town was a true delight.
The hotel itself is a gem of luxury and elegance. The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional Ibiza charm. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island.

BBeth MMe and my partner stayed here for a week in September. The general vibe of the hotel is great, the pool area is really nice and chilled out. There is a bar near the pool and a rooftop bar open in the evenings which is great to watch the sunset from. Staff were all really friendly. Rooms have good facilities and felt clean, there was a kitchen and fridge which was handy. There is also a ceiling fan which we preferred using over the air con. The balcony was spacious and looked over the pool. We did not have any food whilst at the hotel as we would eat at restaurants. There is a small shop around the corner and some lovely beaches within a 5 minute walk. The downsides to this hotel is the distance from the main *****, which is around a 20 minute walk, we ended up using taxis a lot as the area around the hotel is very dark and at night wasn’t a nice walk, luckily it would only be a few minute wait for a taxi and could cost around 7 euros to get to the *****. The hotel is also very noisy, despite being quite far out we thought that this would be a quieter hotel to stay at, the walls seem paper thin and even being on the 1st floor you can hear everything in reception, people opening/closing doors, going to the toilet etc, I would recommend ear plugs if you plan on going to sleep before 2am! We also had a double bedroom which was just two twin beds pushed together which moved easily so we were essentially in a twin bed room as by the morning there would be a gap between us. Overall we had a great stay here and really enjoyed being at this hotel, with a few improvements such as soundproofing and better beds it would be perfect.

- I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before
- The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement
- Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..

Just returned home from a 7 day stay; we have been several times in the past. I’ll start with the positives. Can’t fault the staff, every one of them couldn’t do enough for you. Location is great. Rooms and restaurant was always spotless. You have to pay €1 for 2 cups for a drink at the bar and you can take them back each time for a fresh one with a drink in. I can see why this is a thing as previously people leave the cups everywhere and it’s a bit of an ant hazard however it does start to get irritating having to carry them around with you. We was put on the ground floor opposite the lift this was the worst room I’ve ever had in my life. Every night we was woken up at 2am with drunken people coming out the lifts shouting down the corridor, the neighbours coming in shouting in the room and dragging furniture around the room. There is also outdoor seating under the balcony this doesn’t help with the noise either as drunken people shouting at gone 12am. I understand up until a point but getting woken up after 12am every single night starts to get annoying. Needs signs in corridors about keeping noise down and maybe shut off the outdoor area after 12 when all inclusive finishes. The drinks have really gone down hill, cocktails out of a machine that was disgusting. Even the soft drinks available tasted weird so we found ourselves not drinking much due to this. The food in the restaurant can get repetitive after a few days, felt like some days had less options than others. After 7+ times at this hotel I’d probably say that it will be the last. Feel like we need another holiday to get over this one.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel Extremely clean however breakfast was a very big disappointment as all hot items were cold on the hot plates. I Spoke to the staff about this but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could do an omelette they said they would go and speak to the chef after a few minutes they came back and said that an omelette wasn't possible. I continued the breakfast with cold items such as meat and cheeses.
The chef came out on several occasions to rearrange food at no time did he replenish the hot items
Should you wish breakfast at this location do not expect a hot buffet as it will not be hot unless you are present as they are putting the whole buffet out at the start of service. Overall a major disappointment especially with the attitude of the staff.

Great hotel, good facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and good choice of food at the breakfast and dinner buffet, we went half board. Right on the beach which had lovely bars along it. It was always spotlessly clean with beautiful blue water. Two minute walk to the marina with some lovely places for a coffee and view over to Ibiza town. Ibiza town was a 20 minute walk away , all along a pedestrian area with views of the harbour and town. So the hotel is in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle but all within walking distance. Great value for money and would definitely visit again.

GGuest UserI stayed here with a couple of friends for a long weekend. We had a fantastic stay. Our aim was to rest and relax and we certainly did. Food was good, plenty of choice, we really enjoyed the tasty salads, pancakes in the morning and the omelette station, to name a few. Staff were really polite and helpful. Only negative was the size of room, we stayed in a triple superior and we found not enough space to hang our clothes so had to live out of suitcase, not a real issue for a weekend would have been more irritating after 2 weeks…. Wouldn’t stop me coming back though. Leo and Christina and the entertainment team were amazing. Leo is very funny. The Halloween show they put on was amazing, you could tell they had put a lot of effort into it. Looking forward to my next visit.

My stay at Apartamentos.. So me and my partner / friends decided to go on holiday and booked a night here thinking after reading the reviews it would be a enjoyable nice relaxing stay.. however we was yet to find out once arriving on site it was not presented as pictured when booking.. the property was very dated and worn.. as you can see pictures below which are only a few from ONE of the rooms we had out of a total was supposed to be Three. We arrived on time for check in and was then told only two of our rooms was ready out of the three to charter for nine of us in total. We was told upon booking our three rooms would be ready by check in time. We was advised to come back after we put our luggage away into one of the rooms to come and collect a key for the third room we had booked. After traipsing through the misleading advertising for the hotel of which we was thought was to be clean and up kept was not we then came across our room and was disgusted at the smell of the room we had to leave immediately as we couldn’t breathe over the dampness & strong smelling of bleach to hide the disgusting smells.. we then carried on through to the next room and had no choice but to all nine of us hurdle in one room for the time being that we thought wasn’t going to be a long process. We then yet fine the condition of the room was hardly liveable yet presentable please find photos attached. We had found last visitors items in fold out bed and stale food in kitchen cabinets. Dirty marks and stains throughout the whole room. I’m shocked to be writing this but had to after we had the shower fall apart on us and flood our bathroom. Our toiletries was ruined yet to mention towels and cloths for 9 of us in one room. We didn’t want this to ruin our holiday so we then headed on out on our stay to enjoy the night life. Before we left we had strong stares throughout the hotel and felt targeted and unsafe we had to hide our belongings around the room as the safe was in useable and secure our balcony door with my partners belt as it didn’t lock securely and was put on a ground floor easy to burgle. After this we all headed back and still couldn’t get into the third room we had booked and paid for as reception wasn’t on at that time. We had no choice but all nine of us had to stay in one room when was supposed given and stayed in three rooms that we booked and paid for please find my booking if needed for proof. I really do hope this situation can be resolved and prevented for future use. I would like a full refund and compensation for me and my friends on this horrific stay that I couldn’t sleep at and wouldn’t wish or recommend to my worst enemy. And this is only half of it.

GGuest UserLocation was convenient and good, also not far from an hospital.
Single bed room was a bit small however I’ve checked a double bed room to book next time: it’s better without a big price difference.
Breakfast was ok with a variety of food and drinks.
Swimming pool area was nice and relaxing.
The staff were helpful, (I’ve also asked some documents to be printed late at night: was done quickly and with friendliness).
The hotel was clean which is very important to me.
There are no cheaper hotels in Santa Eularia.

GGuest UserI have been Without Words. It is a hotel that is certainly dated in the furniture and nothing luxurious but comfortable , clean , very kind and friendly staff. Spacious room with a wonderful view directly on the sea despite my room was ” with side balcony” , it was equal to the seafront. Great. Large, spacious and bright bathroom, very clean ... is the first thing I went to see. The hotel is located in a strategic location , near the port , near the spectacular historic centre and the castle ... 15 minutes walk ...e directly on the beach and the sea wonderfully. I will recommend it thousand times. Breakfast is separate and is made in the next hotel .... a lady breakfast with all goods of God ..... The excursion ferries for Formentera (no baggage) are also going off in front of the hotel with excellent hours . The hotel was a great discovery.
