We had a lovely week here once we found our feet. Kids loved it always something to keep them occupied. Most of the staff are really helpful and our room cleaner Maria R was wonderful. As was Juanjo (don't know his exact name) from pool bar always friendly and entertaining! Said the coach at the football academy was fab and engaging with rhe kids. The beach and sunsets are a major bonus never tire of them.

We went to the big wave dinner as one of the included Al a carte meals at the holiday village port des torrent .The service was amazing , and for a meal that was included it felt like a proper restaurant. The girl that served us couldn't do enough for us and was so polite , she should be promoted.Her name was Anais and everywhere we seen her in the hotel she smiled everyday, thank you .Food was so good I sent a photo of an empty plate lol because nothing could be left to waste lol.

Sunset grill meal on our weeks break. Great service especially Adrian, looked after our every need and plenty of drinks flowing . Lovely food and beautiful setting. Hose where we sat Would definitely recommend when you visit this hotel ...

Lovely meal while on holiday, our server was Adrian and he was very polite and helpful, always making sure we had enough drinks etc. view breathtaking and food was delicious, portions good sized and left feeling full. I had the mixed hanging meat and profiteroles, would definitely recommend.

Antonio es muy amable y simpático. Su snack bar destaca por la calidad y variedad de sus productos. Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un buen rato y degustar deliciosos aperitivos. Muy recomendable para todos, siempre con un ambiente acogedor y un servicio excepcional.

Gorgeous view of the iconic sunset in Ibiza. Food was delicious at the sunset gril! Special service from Adrian and Dario ! Would love to stay for longer!! We were given rose cava brut on arrival and the sun was setting. We had bread a chicken wings for starters, mixed grill for main and choice of ice cream, lemon cake or profiteroles for dessert.

We visited to use the waterpark. We paid for waterpark and lunch -2 x adults and 2 x teens ages 12 & 14. We had to pay for 4 adults at a cost of €220. The resort as a whole was crowded, messy, dirty and dated. Lunch at the buffet dining hall was absolutely crazy and the food was terrible. Really basic stuff and not topped up when something ran out. Waterpark was as expected and kids did enjoy the slides though the seating for adults was really cheap and uncomfortable. I had expected so much more from a "Country Club".

We travelled as a family of 4 - kids aged 4 & 1 and we had the best time. We couldn’t fault the holiday in any way. It’s not too far away from the airport, the hotel was spotlessly clean (must be very hard to keep up with in the Holiday Village), the food was beautiful and the setting perfect. We had the best sea view we’ve ever had overlooking the beautiful sandy bay and the boats and the sun sets were amazing (Petunia Block, room 5201). The evening entertainment for our 4 year old was fab. The HV team are so enthusiastic and really give their all in what they do. The water park is fantastic for both kids and adults and the rest of the pools are all great too - amazing views from the infinity pool. There’s so much to do and we’d absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends and their children.
