Response from Property: Dear Mr Mason, I apologize to hear that your experience at Vibra Vila Hotel did not meet your expectations. As I can see from the records, the issue with the balcony door was reported at reception in the middle of the night and it was solved the day after, as soon as the "do not disturb" sign was removed from your door knob. Unfortunately I couldn't find any other report about the drain in the shower. However I am glad to read your opinion, in order to improve our customer service, which is the main target of all the Vibra employees. We are aware that the location of the hotel is perfect: a few steps away from the renovated promenade, walking distance to the city center and the port. It is the place to be if you do not want to miss anything about our beautiful island. Close enough to Playa d'en Bossa, but not that much to be bothered from the party makers.
