Eramos tres huéspedes. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia. Con 4 camas una de ellas menos cómoda porque era plegatin. Nuestra opinion es que para ser un espacio tan amplio estaba mal organizado. La cocina era bastante pequeña, apenas cabía nada en el congelador ni en el fregadero. Seria un punto a favor que cambiaran eso. También estaría bien que pusieran para colgar las toallas una vez te has duchado y así contribuir a que no las cambien cada día. Por lo demás, las camas cómodas, los dos balcones amplios y la limpieza buena. Atención de Alicia i Penelope extraordinaria. Nos dejaron una sombrilla para la playa y me guardaron el libro que me deje en la habitación hasta que pude ir a buscarlo.

Estuvimos muy agusto alojados en este hotel, no le faltaba de nada. La ubicación bien, aunque no hicimos gran cosa por la zona salvo cenar en un sitio cercano. Se aparca más o menos bien en un descampado cuando no hay en la calle. El personal fantástico, nos solucionaron un problema enseguida.

Si Ibiza tiene magia su gente mágica está en este hotel, especialmente Alicia de recepción, el encanto en persona que se desvive por ayudar en todo lo posible y Lidia que es un encanto. Deberían prohibir meter cristal en la piscina, todo lo demás genial. Locos por volver pronto.

I was due to stay here for a family birthday my flight was cancelled and I tried to contact the hotel immediately via phone call, direct message through booking and email. I had saved all year for this trip I did not receive a response for four days and I continued to try and contact them daily. The hotel then proceeded to take the full balance without any discussion about my situation. I am extremely disappointed as I did everything I could within the circumstances I was left, I’m yet to hear back from them six days and would not want any other traveller to find themselves in this position. I would therefore then not recommend this hotel.

La limpieza es correcta, las instalaciones limpias y nuevas, la piscina bastante tranquila y con hamacas para tumbarse y tomar el sol, el personal del hotel muy amable, el gimnasio bastante completo, el apartamento muy grande, zona muy tranquila en la Bahía de Sant Antonio. Leo estuvo como en casa!

It was a nice relaxed atmosphere. Room was great and really big. Good facilities. Its around a 40 minunte walk to the centre of San Antonio but there are lots of bars to stop off on the way. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definately stay here again.
