Very friendly, helpful and correct staff! We arrived a few hours early and at the reception they really made an effort to arrange a room as soon as possible. Bar service was great. Really had a good time on the island. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was very nice.

We’ve just returned from our fourth visit, and this is now our favourite hotel in Santa Eulalia. We cannot fault anything about it. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage and are spotless. In fact, the hotel is cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, including the public areas. The pool area is immaculate with sun loungers and tables being cleaned regularly and the garden areas beautifully maintained. Staff, many of whom have worked there for years, are very friendly, but also professional. We love the food at breakfast and dinner. There is plenty of choice, and not aimed at the British palate, as there are several nationalities represented amongst the guests. There is live entertainment four times a week, but a lot of guests seem to walk into town in the evenings and the marina isn’t far. However, drinks prices at the hotel are very reasonable and of excellent quality, and the lunches which are served at the pool terrace are very popular and feature a dish of the day this year. If you like peace and quiet around the pool and pure relaxation, you will like this hotel. If however, you prefer music, games and daytime entertainment, you will find it lacking here. Lastly, there is a lovely spa area with gym, pool and treatments and a huge underground car park. Can’t wait to return next year.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. They made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily to a very good standard. Could possibly do with a little update in places but this certainly did not put us off ever thinking of returning. The pool and poolside is relaxing and there are plenty of very comfortable sun loungers. Adults only is a big plus as the area was always quiet. Lots of lovely food on offer at breakfast and dinner. So much choice and very tasty. All the waiting staff are very attentive. The location of the hotel is ideal. Only a 10 minute flat walk to the gorgeous Marina and situated on the beautiful coastline. We would definitely book to stay here again.

Super hotel, calme et très beau. Le paysage est paradisiaque. Le personnel est gentil et au petit soins des gens. La piscine jolie mais domage que nous pouvons pas se baigner après 18h00. C etait une très belle expérience sur l'île d ibiza.

We have just returned from our holiday at this lovely hotel. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and kept spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. We stayed half board and the choice of food was very good especially the vegetarian choices. The pool area is nice and quiet and peaceful and there was always a choice of sun loungers. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Wonderful adults only hotel, the Reception staff are as always so kind and courteous and eager to help.The hotel is spotless and kept to a high standard throughout. The dining area too is spotless,the food is fantastic different every night great fish and meas all arranged so perfect, well done to the chef and staff.Looking forward to our return in May
