This hotel is suitable for a long weekend at a push providing you don’t have clothes you want to hang! There are no wardrobes in the room no where to put anything claustrophobic rooms not what you expect from a hotel of this advertised standard.location good right on the beach 5 min walk to town and the port where there are some great restaurants. Pool is not great beds very close together. Breakfast is good a lot of variety. We wouldn’t return or recommend due to the bedroom and lack of space. Bit disappointing.

1 fantastic week in a hotel with all the ideal conditions for a well spent holiday.
Good location, nice pool and the food was excellent.
Less pleasant was just the deafening noise early in the morning from the pool animation.
Terribly NEGATIVE was the inconvenient, abusive, overbearing and rude attitude of the SUB-DIRECTOR of the hotel for making us pay €20 for “late check-out” (11:35 am) when our reservation on Trip.com says “ check-out until 12:00”.
After a long discussion complaining about the attitude and not the amount, we were forced to call the police and the INCOMPETENT SUB-DIRECTOR was forced to return the money.

I've stayed here many times over the last 20 years as well as other hotels on the island. I have to say this is the best in ibiza. The resort is like a traditional complex, beautifully kept gardens with bougainvillea all around. The pools are to suit everyone from the kids splash area to the main pool. My favourite is the adults only set in a quiet spot for some needed tranquility! The staff are fabulous and it's great to see the same team after many years who work hard and always have a friendly welcome. The food was amazing with plenty of choice. The chef cooks ups some great a la carte style meals, so make sure you go to the grill bar before checking out all the other delights. The restaurant has a very welcoming vibe upon entry and nothing is too much of a problem. 10/10 for the cleanliness of the rooms. Comfy beds, spotless bathroom and lovely private balcony. The beauty of this complex is how its up in the hills amongst beautiful scenery, cala llenya beach is a jewel on the island as well as the hidden cove beaches dotted around. If you want to get lively there are around 3 buses a day that head to Santa Eulària and from here you can get to anywhere whilst sightseeing on the way. Electric bikes are a good idea to explore locally such as San Carlos and the nearby hippy market. Namaste on every Wednesday is a really hippy, fun night. My only negative is that I wish I had a longer stay as this part of the island really does what it says on the tin. Zen, zen zen!

The hotel itself is nice. The staff are friendly and the food (breakfast) was generally good. We did have a lunch once but the youngest child’s pizza took over an hour to arrive, despite several enquiries to its whereabouts? The hotel I have scored a 3 which is more down to the business practice of the hotel. We arrived late on night 1 and thought we’d paid for a sea view room. Realising we hadn’t (our fault) I asked to upgrade, the hotel could accommodate this and wanted €50 per night. Fine and acceptable but considering we were there really late the first night a bit of flexibility on reducing the first night rate would have been a nice thing to do. At the end of the trip I was advised to call by reception on the last day to ask about a late check out. I was advised they could offer me until 2pm for free or €15 per hour for extra hours after 2pm. I wanted to vacate at 6pm. On the last day a different staff member told me that I can have the room for free until 2pm but if I wanted it longer id have to pay from 12pm?! Doesn’t seem right if they are willing to give it for free until 2pm and considering another staff member had advised differently! I was also told the sea view room was not available at all to extend. Fortunately we had 2 rooms so I paid the hotel another €90 to keep the none sea view room. In summary, nice hotel and would have rated it higher if they did not make me feel like there were just wanting to maximise the money they could take from me. 🙁

Awful hotel from A to Z. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 23:00 p.m for only one night (check out at 12:00 the day after so less than 12 hours in the hotel). We discovered that although we booked a double room as a couple and made expressly the request to have a king size bed, the hotel offered only twins beds, and proposed an upgrade to a suit for 120 euros extra to be able to sleep in the same bed ! It is a shame and a scam !! The room cost us 420 euros for 12 hours for a very awful hotel : 1/ the hotel design in itself is very basic - like an airport hotel. Some of the floor tiles were broken 2/ The entrance has a very bad smell and generally the hotel does not smell good. 3/ the upgrade to the suit was a joke. There is a chair, and they call it a suit. 4/ the cleaning is very poor. We found an opened bottle of water in the room. Gross. 5/ the A/C does not work well, and despite the fact that we have turned it into the coolest possible, it was still very hot in the room m 6/ the bed is not confortable, and only one pillow per person is offered. The sheets are bad quality. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as Ibiza has a lot of other good options. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

The experience was nice generally, the hotel has the best views of the Ocean. The beach is also better compared to the sides of San Antonio. Their Blavos restaurant was also amazing, the food was tasty. I enjoyed my stay.

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant.
During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters.
Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long).
At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow.
5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”.
I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure.
So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

Breakfast is very rich, but the whole hotel is the feeling of the elderly silver-haired tour group, then the children, family and children travel, there is no Ibiza party feeling, far from the town center, the surrounding is desolate, the sea is not beautiful, the beach is very poor It is not recommended to book, the room is also facing the sea, the service is general, the aunt who is engaged in hygiene will get off work at two o'clock in the afternoon.

TTraveler 123I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirador Dalt Vila in Ibiza, and I must say it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.
First and foremost, the location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Perched on a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Ibiza, the views from the Mirador Dalt Vila are absolutely stunning. Waking up to panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and the charming old town was a true delight.
The hotel itself is a gem of luxury and elegance. The rooms are tastefully decorated, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional Ibiza charm. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the island.

GGuest UserLocation: On the San Antonio side of the island, I personally think it is only suitable for self-driving. Parking at the door is very convenient and free. When the hotel goes out, turn right and go down a small road for 1 minute to the seaside, which is very suitable for watching the sunset. Walking 1.4km along the seaside is the famous cafe del mar.
Room: Very Cuban style, quite clean, medium in size, can be spread out in two big boxes. I live in a room on the first floor, and you can see Figure 7 on the balcony. Both the kettle and refrigerator are net celebrity smeg. The bathroom is also super retro, like a brass faucet.
Public area: Just look at the photos! Very real, good for taking photos! The hotel lobby is filled with citrus-scented scents~ it drew people to Cuba all at once! There are also free beach towels that can be rented~ My only complaint about this hotel is that there are too many mosquitoes near the swimming pool! I stayed for 10 minutes and bit 8 packets. I was mad at me!
Summary: This time one of the two most satisfying among the eight hotels in Spain! As long as you are driving by yourself, I highly recommend it! ! ! Roar recommended!

GGuest UserFantastic hotel. Really chilled and laid back atmosphere. Check in, the lady on the front desk was a delight. She handled all 13 of us without fuss and made us all feel really welcome despite being a big group 10/10 Rooms, fab, spacious with a mini fridge and good aircon. We overlooked O beach and it was noisy until it finished but I was only in bed earlyish one night. Enjoyed chilling listening to it. Only downsides were the rock hard beds and only 2 blankets but asked for more 9/10 Staff, amazing, Carlos is so lovely and he treated us all really well as did the lovely lad at breakfast and the young girl at the bar (I forgot their names sorry) Breakfast and other food in the day, amazing, great choice, try the ole burger and club sandwich (lush) . The food at the bar was reasonably priced as was the alcohol 10/10 Pool area, fab, always got a bed and there were plenty spare, pool towels are provided in your room. We could hear the music from O beach and loved it. It’s really chilled out round the pool and there’s a stunning view of the harbour from the fence. Pool not too cold, was welcome with a hangover. You can nosey at what’s going on at O beach from the fence if you don’t fancy going over. Free entertainment with the hotel though so nice to just pop in for an hour or so. 10/10 There wasn’t a late check out room available but the shower in the toilets at the pool area was decent and you can lock it from the inside. They were happy to provide a clean towel. Will absolutely be returning to this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Myself and 6 year old son visited Hotel Ereso 13/08 - 20/08, and we had a great time! The hotel is very clean and smells very nice (first thing you notice upon arrival). Hotel Ereso is graded as 3* which is accurate based on the facilities. I would say the food is of high quality for a 3* accommodation, but the theme nights are slightly inconsistent, but that's only a minor observation. We were unfortunate in that 2 of our first 3 days, we had to stay indoors through the majority of the daytime, due to storm Dana. The entertainment staff worked hard to keep everyone occupied, although the hotel is not really set up to facilitate large numbers indoors. However, the weather is not something that can be helped. The superior twin room we had was very clean, and the aircon worked well. The entertainment team are hard working and they really bring a fun atmosphere to the hotel and guests. The evening entertainment is a bit hit and miss, as I am personally not a big fan of quiz type entertainment. 24K was the highlight of our week in regards to the evening entertainment. We met some great people during our stay and the friendly atmosphere seems to be infectious, as everyone seems to be in high spirits and are easy to get along with. The cocktails are not the best, as they're machine made. Again, it's a 3* hotel, so maybe I shouldn't compare to higher rated accommodations. Overall we had a lovely stay, and I would definitely visit this hotel again if I was planning another holiday to Es Cana. Thanks! Jamie & Joshua

GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights in June 2022 after we booked through a 3rd party (tripmasters.com). We got here around 1030am and our rooms were ready around 1pm. To kill some time, we followed the water around until we found a place to get some breakfast, and it was perfect since we didn't have a car. We had 2 rooms for 4 people. One was a suite with a balcony, but the balcony was viewless, closed in, and rather hot. The other room had windows, but it seemed to be below street level, so there wasn't a view here either. The location was great for some of the things we were doing on our trip, but far from the sunset spots. During the day we took advantage of the pool and the beaches within walking distance. The lifeguard told us to download the Medusa (jellyfish) app because there had been many jellyfish spotted in the area. The app told us there were a ton, but luckily the water was clear and we were able to spot them and move around them. The pool was big and lovely, but the 2nd and 3rd days there, it was ”broken” I'm not sure what was wrong with it, but on the 2nd day, you weren't allowed in, and on the 3rd day, the water level dropped about 2-3 feet, but you were allowed in. To make up for the inconvenience, the bartenders gave out free waters and boozy drinks. On our 3rd day here, we took advantage of one of the canopy beds for most of the day (we went to Ushuaia the night before!!). We had ordered lunch here and it was SOOOOO good. I wish we got food here everyday, because it was SOOOOOO delicious!!!! The staff were friendly, and the hotel was lovely. It was about a 35 minute and $40 taxi ride to some of the beaches and restaurants on the other side (cala comte & Cafe Mambo).

GGuest UserWonderful hotel Extremely clean however breakfast was a very big disappointment as all hot items were cold on the hot plates. I Spoke to the staff about this but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if they could do an omelette they said they would go and speak to the chef after a few minutes they came back and said that an omelette wasn't possible. I continued the breakfast with cold items such as meat and cheeses.
The chef came out on several occasions to rearrange food at no time did he replenish the hot items
Should you wish breakfast at this location do not expect a hot buffet as it will not be hot unless you are present as they are putting the whole buffet out at the start of service. Overall a major disappointment especially with the attitude of the staff.

GGuest UserI have not a clue how this hotel got its 4 star rating. I feel it must have been self awarded or if it was independently awarded 4 stars the accessor must have been on an hallucinogenic drug at the time. Maybe it’s because one side of the hotel looks out towards the bay which is a nice view. I would say 3 star hotel at best. We’ve stayed there twice, the first time was 8 years ago. No idea why we chose to stay there a second time. The hotel is dated but is clean. The rooms are basic. Premier Inn and travel inn rooms are better equipped to give you an idea. Only 2 power points in the room to charge phones etc. No proper safety information in the room such as fire exits, where to gather in the event of a fire. No tea / coffee making facilities in the room. 07:15 in the morning, no hot water so could only have a cold wash or shower. The restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast until 08:15, so unable to have breakfast before our early morning pickup to go to the airport on our last day. Breakfast was very basic but ok. The don’t supply adult size knives and folks in the restaurant, you have to eat with knives and folks that would be ideal for a young child to use, weird. Room air conditioning temperature is fixed. You have a choice of it being on or off, so it’s not really air conditioning just air chilling which took about an hour or so to chill down the room. There is a key safe in the rooms which to obtain the key is a €15 deposit, then you’re charge €3:80 per day to use it. But it’s not all bad news. On the day before we left we had lunch in the hotel. I had an excellent burger, my wife had a lovely Caesar salad. So to summarise: been there but won’t be returning, won’t be wearing the T shirt or watching the video.

So me and my partner / friends decided to go on holiday and booked a night here thinking after reading the reviews it would be a enjoyable nice relaxing stay.. however we was yet to find out once arriving on site it was not presented as pictured when booking.. the property was very dated and worn.. as you can see pictures below which are only a few from ONE of the rooms we had out of a total was supposed to be Three. We arrived on time for check in and was then told only two of our rooms was ready out of the three to charter for nine of us in total. We was told upon booking our three rooms would be ready by check in time. We was advised to come back after we put our luggage away into one of the rooms to come and collect a key for the third room we had booked. After traipsing through the misleading advertising for the hotel of which we was thought was to be clean and up kept was not we then came across our room and was disgusted at the smell of the room we had to leave immediately as we couldn’t breathe over the dampness & strong smelling of bleach to hide the disgusting smells.. we then carried on through to the next room and had no choice but to all nine of us hurdle in one room for the time being that we thought wasn’t going to be a long process. We then yet fine the condition of the room was hardly liveable yet presentable please find photos attached. We had found last visitors items in fold out bed and stale food in kitchen cabinets. Dirty marks and stains throughout the whole room. I’m shocked to be writing this but had to after we had the shower fall apart on us and flood our bathroom. Our toiletries was ruined yet to mention towels and cloths for 9 of us in one room. We didn’t want this to ruin our holiday so we then headed on out on our stay to enjoy the night life. Before we left we had strong stares throughout the hotel and felt targeted and unsafe we had to hide our belongings around the room as the safe was in useable and secure our balcony door with my partners belt as it didn’t lock securely and was put on a ground floor easy to burgle. After this we all headed back and still couldn’t get into the third room we had booked and paid for as reception wasn’t on at that time. We had no choice but all nine of us had to stay in one room when was supposed given and stayed in three rooms that we booked and paid for please find my booking if needed for proof. I really do hope this situation can be resolved and prevented for future use. I would like a full refund and compensation for me and my friends on this horrific stay that I couldn’t sleep at and wouldn’t wish or recommend to my worst enemy. And this is only half of it.

Single bed room was a bit small however I’ve checked a double bed room to book next time: it’s better without a big price difference.
Breakfast was ok with a variety of food and drinks.
Swimming pool area was nice and relaxing.
The staff were helpful, (I’ve also asked some documents to be printed late at night: was done quickly and with friendliness).
The hotel was clean which is very important to me.
There are no cheaper hotels in Santa Eularia.

GGuest UserI have been Without Words. It is a hotel that is certainly dated in the furniture and nothing luxurious but comfortable , clean , very kind and friendly staff. Spacious room with a wonderful view directly on the sea despite my room was ” with side balcony” , it was equal to the seafront. Great. Large, spacious and bright bathroom, very clean ... is the first thing I went to see. The hotel is located in a strategic location , near the port , near the spectacular historic centre and the castle ... 15 minutes walk ...e directly on the beach and the sea wonderfully. I will recommend it thousand times. Breakfast is separate and is made in the next hotel .... a lady breakfast with all goods of God ..... The excursion ferries for Formentera (no baggage) are also going off in front of the hotel with excellent hours . The hotel was a great discovery.
