工作人員禮貌，服務好。花園外面環境好。和室也乾淨整潔， 設備齊。唯早上沖涼無熱水。晚上想用膳要外出。走廊地顫應該無裝修， 有塵。但整體以民宿， 有獨立厠所， 性價比算唔錯。位置也可以由指宿駅前 行10分鐘或坐3分鐘的士。

酒店裝修有些陳舊。老闆是一位慈祥的老奶奶，服務貼心温暖。酒店配備了天然温泉大浴室，房間空間寬敞舒適。早餐雖然品種不算豐富，但製作精心，口味相當不錯。在位置方面，酒店距離沙蒸温泉有一定距離。從JR指宿站到酒店也有一段路程，不過臨近港口，坐船比較方便。
