Lovely staff and hotel in good location. Sadly our trip was spoilt by other noisy guests who partied loudly until the early hours and staff did nothing to stop it

I loved this place. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but that doesn't mean you need a car. The front desk called a taxi for me whenever I needed it and they always arrived within minutes. The food and service at the restaurant exceeded my expectations and the bartender made me a great special request cocktail. The pool was fabulous and I was surprised to learn that it is heated to the perfect temperature. Do not miss out on this fabulous place when you are in Ica.

Leuk familiehotel met een fijne sfeer. Twee zwembaden met daaromheen fijne ligbedden. Kamers zijn netjes en van vrijwel alle gemakken voorzien. Je krijgt een bon voor een welkomstdrankje, maar er is geen flesje water op de kamer, noch de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te maken. De bar en het restaurant zijn prima. Het hotel is wel redelijk afgelegen.

El hotel es muy bonito solo un par de cosas: 1.- La piscina climatizada es solar. Por lo que si no hay sol no está caliente. Hay que esperar hasta las 11am minimo para que puedas meterte. 2.- El desayuno buffet es riquisimo pero han puesto la vajilla en las mesas por lo que usas y re usas tu vajilla y te levantas con ella a servirte de nuevo. Hay personas que no saben servirse sin meter su cuchara o meter la taza usada en el termo. Espero que me haya dejado entender. Todo lo demás cumple con su función y es muy bonito. La comida es deliciosa.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the hotel provides mosquito repellent for the environment, towels for the pool, we didn't turn on the TV, I can't comment on it; The best is the water pressure in the services, you can take a shower with very good pressure and hot water, in addition to a cold operating bar and safe. We stayed in the triple rooms located on the first and second floor. The group was 6 and my suggestion would be to have the same or similar beds in both rooms, and the pillows very flat, there was a marked difference between the quality of the complimentary Pisco sour and the one you order a la carte.

Very good hotel to relax for a view days. Nice rooms, all with air conditiong. delicious breakfast with even "Belgische wafels" and nice swimming pools. Perfect for families with childeren. Dont forget the game room with a Playstation 3! Very polite personal.
