No one at the reception speaks English, we tried to ask them to book tickets for us to Disneyland online with giving them cash in turn, as we didn’t have an opportunity to book online (card didn’t work), they invited a guy who was considered to understand English, he listened to us attentively and then disappeared somewhere, I was waiting for him at a lobby for 10 minutes and then went to the room with no feedback. He never appeared again before our departure. Take this fact into consideration). By the way, you can use disposable toothbrushes, combs, razors and so on for free, they are all on the stall at a lobby hall. Here you also can warm up your food. Breakfast is ok, you won’t leave the restaurant hungry. Overall, it’s a good place to stay in if the main purpose is visiting Disneyland.
