Excellent stay at this lovely quiet apartments. Few minor issues at first which where sorted out ASAP. Murat and his wife senay are such a lovely couple and can't do enough to help you. Even invited for free drinks to celebrate mine and my partners birthday. Rooms are pretty basic but are spotless. Would definately stay here again. Very central to everything

Avlu 4 Location is good for beach and the town, both easy walking distance. We stayed mid October plus 1 x extra night due to fire at Luton Airport. Murat was very helpful with all our requests. We stayed on self catering basis as plenty of facilities very nearby. It was nice to have a drink at the bar when coming back from the beach, Murat was always very friendly. The pool is nice as well but we love the beach and walked there everyday. A clean appartment in a quiet location - perfect for us. Must return next year!

Very friendly family business. Got spoild with great breakfast. Felt very welcome there. Few min from local shops and pubs. Great place to stay. Everything was great apart of the Internet. It was slow or sometimes was loosing connection. But apart of that nice place to stay. Thank you

Excellent Apartments, really comfy beds, amazing service, great breakfasts, great wi-fi service, Murat is a lovely host, very peaceful, not a party venue. I stayed here at the end of May, I am a solo traveller and I found this place the perfect retreat, it is a little back from the beach but is quiet and has respectful guests. you get a peaceful nights sleep and Murat makes wonderful breakfasts, so much food you are set up for the day. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the cleaners were very friendly and cleaned my room every day and made my bed. I personally think this is a real gem, I know there are people on this site who complain about the strict coming and going hours, Murat cares about his guests, this is a family run business and he cant stay up all night as they work in the morning. I think that is very important to know before booking here. He did stay up late for me one night and I felt terrible. I personally felt very at home here, Murat is friendly without being intrusive, he has repeat guests who have been coming back for years and it is very friendly. Personally I loved the place, it was perfect for me and a real gem, a great getaway even though the weather was terrible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to solo travellers and families who want a quiet break.

Booked a studio with ******* for June 2023. Very cheap rate. Messaged murat as I had read that the doors were locked at 12. He said that I had to be in before 12 as the doors were locked until 9am. He also said that if I didn't comply to that to cancel my booking. I have cancelled as I'm not being told when I come in at night or out in the morning.

I never stayed here end August for 2 weeks my family who rented 2 studio rooms and 2 x 1 bed apartments. My daughter was told to stop being loud around the pool at 17.00hrs but was playing with her son and the owners son. Each day at 17.00 hrs he started to do the pool so nobody could go in even though the sign said the pool closed at 19.00 hrs. My son has a 2 Yr old boy but he refused to do small meals for him so was paying full price for adult meals. My other son forgot to take his key when he went out but Murat told them they did not have a master key to open the door as the cleaner ( his good lady wife ) had taken them to marmaris. He was quite willing to let the family with a 13 yr old child sleep outside. They all paid for aircon but my daughter got told to turn hers off when she sat on the balcony to smoke a cigarette. To top it all off he never said much to them but out of the blue he text me and said "" I'll be glad when your family leave "" . Totally disgusting behaviour for a owner. NEVER AGAIN ...I use to stay there and was ok I'm only sorry I recommended it for my family. But hey we live and learn !!!!!
