Stayed for one night, decent hotel, good food, close to the sea, with sun loungers and towels

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is not bad, 2nd line. Your own beach and sun loungers. There is practically no territory. Small swimming pool. Mostly foreigners stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. What’s bad is that there is a street with bars nearby, people walk until one in the morning or longer, it’s impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. The food is varied, there is a bar near the pool with alcoholic drinks.

It is a hotel with the best chef and staff I have ever seen. The food and desserts are legendary. The staff is friendly and the service is top 10. Please do not spoil this style.

It is truly a wonderful hotel, everything you need has been considered, a small but delicious open buffet, a wonderful patisserie and a pool bar... everything is sufficient and enjoyable.

Located in Marmaris Icmeler region, the hotel has a very good location. We were very pleased with their staff. The food was of sufficient variety and very delicious. The hotel has its own place and sun loungers on the beach. In short, even though it was a four-star hotel, it was a hotel we liked.

I stayed in hotel five nights all stuff is lovely and helpful spicially (ercan and damla)in palmbar (ali)in reception (murat and yunus ) in restaurant waiter (fatosh and azge ) in coffee (tyfon ) in snack bar all stuff smiling every time food is excellent drink is excellent The room is cleaned every day and towels and linens are changed the hotel is quiet All the hotel is clean

Lovely hotel ,friendly staff . Food was fresh everyday and we enjoyed the meals . There is also snack bar and coffee bar if you need things in-between . The cooks could do with support on theme days the Chinese and Indian was not quite authentic but still nice. All the staff work very hard and are so helpful . They are mostly young and could do with more support from upper management. Upper managers mainly sit around smoking while the rest of the staff work hard. Special mention to Seb who helped us arrange trips and Nuans the customers relations staff member . Nuans always had time to listen and was able to take our feed back in a constructive manner. Our Beach was lovely but they need to work harder to prevent cigarette butts being left on the sand . In most countries smoking on beaches is forbidden. Turkey would benefit from implementing this law. Over all the hotel was very clean staff lovely ,food nice . Plenty to do in local area . Couple of noisy bars, but that finishes at midnight . Hotel could benefit from sound proofing long term as I'm sure more bars will be added as the years go on . One last thing please ditch the one use plastic water bottles . When guests arrive give them a drinking bottle with the Elite logo and equip the hotel with water fountains so guests can refill throughout their stay . Nice touch with the lucky eye wrist band instead of naff paper ones ,cute little keep sake . Hope to return . Thanks for a great stay. Elizabeth and Graham x

The most beautiful view ever. everyone is so kind. Foods are so delicious. Hotel was so silence and peaceful. We were comfortable in there. So close the beach and shopping centers. It was a good trip. Thanks for everything Elite World. See you soon.

Staff were very friendly especially canan and yunus, everything was superb. The food was good, the rooms were clean, the service was great and the location of the hotel is good. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone thinking of going to Marmaris.

This is a wonderful hotel where I have spent my holidays for the last 2 years.İf you want a comfortable holiday,it should be your first choice.The staff is very attentive, like a member of the family.The food is great ,there is a lot of variety.You will nott regret it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The entrance & lobby are light & airy with great a/c. The bedrooms vary slightly in size but the beds are very comfortable & linen soft. The only thing I did ask for instead of the throw was a flat top sheet. The towels were good quality and replaced when requested. The quality of the fittings in the en-suite were extremely high standard so showering etc was consistent temperature and flow. The housekeeping was of a very high standard on my floor (5). The restaurant was clean & the food was excellent quality with each section had at least 2 members of staff to hand. I stayed for 7 days and there was enough choice. The coffee shop was a great asset as it’s open 24hours. The pool bar was manned the whole time & the staff kept the area very clean. The beach section was well maintained. The spa is definitely worth a visit, I upgraded the package which was very well price and the treatments were excellent. This hotel was extremely well managed and the staff are mostly young but the level of service and professionalism truly stood out. Although very mixed reviews we gave this place a go and had a horrific experience, on check in we were given the wrong room and they wouldn’t change it. And the following morning came in contact with one of the rudest receptionist and threatened to take money out of the gentleman’s wages who checked me in if I was to change room. The pool area is very small no music and can have limited beds and sunlight during the day. The pool bar staff are very nice but the cocktails are awful just juice and weak alcohol. There is a bit of a walk to the beach where you’re crossing the main walkway and up a road with no direct access to the hotel. The food is very very limited and not stored very well with flies sitting on the salads and desserts. The coffee and desert area is just desserts left from lunch and dinner. Food would also be served for a few meals a day until it was used up. The rooms are so so small the curtains were so light and as soon as the sun is up your awake. There is no atmosphere in the hotel also they turn all the lights off when people are sitting outside in the evening so you’re sitting in the dark. It was very unhygienic there was people in the pool smoking and flicking the ash into the water . I also had to alert the staff that someone had vomited in the bathrooms. If you see good reviews here be careful as the staff would go around and ask can they post a review on your behalf so I would worry how many are real. I notified the staff of all the issues but nothing was done also they constantly have people trying to sell you things around the pool for the hotel facilities and it was very overwhelming
