I loved my stay. Everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

The staff was very engaged. Hotel location is great Every hour there is food service etc. beach beautiful We got a sea view room.

Excellent hotel! The food is great, the views are amazing and the rooms are so nice! There is so much to do for kids. The kids club is great, the evening entertainment is excellent and the animation team are all so friendly and great with the kids. Special shoutout to Shaggy who is great! Will definitely be back.

Animation team were amazing Dali and Shaggy David and manager Sofien were all 5*. Lovely clean hotel with great staff. Will definitely come back. Great location and room was always spotless and with a great view. Food and entertainment were also great.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Restaurant is amazing have different foods everyday. The entertainment team is amazing always around, so friendly, big shout out to Shaggy. Always things happening like water polo, darts, pool gym. Photography on site, shops downstairs. Bar staff amazing and restaurant staff always asking if you want drinks. Very clean and friendly hotel. Water sports on the beach. Cabana are amazing so peaceful always asking for drinks for food given to us and drinks. Overall amazing atmosphere to be in.

NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL! NO AC! INSECTS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! We checked into Okra today and are going to ask for our money back! Our room had no proper AC, it was barely working and felt like a sauna during the day. We asked the reception to switch the rooms. They made us wait for the whole day just to say that the AC is the same in all the rooms and that our problem can’t be resolved! On top of that, there are cockroaches, insects, and ants everywhere! We had a suite with ants in the restroom! See the photos below. Our toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. The hotel is REALLY dirty, to say the least. Old and dated. Filthy elevators that do not work. The staff doesn’t care about your concerns and isn’t willing to help. THEY DON'T PROVIDE A PROPER SHAMPOO OR HAIR CONDITIONER. They have some really CHEAP 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel dispenser in a 5-star hotel! Common areas are poorly maintained. FOOD AND ALCOHOL ARE VERY BASIC to say the least. Please THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL!

Excellent hotel. Great food. Friendly staff. Great location. We recommend this hotel, we returned twice. In October there was less food choice, but still good. They have Butler service beach huts for hire, which are amazing, we ended up swimming with two turtles, from the hut.

For the hotel I would rate it 1 it’s not a 5 star me and my friend are disabled and they have given us a room that only had one bed then gave us a camp bed them moved us but to far and was told this was ok for people with mobility issues I’m not the only person there are a lot here that feel the same they don’t wait on u u have to do everything the cleaners are terrible I had glasses taken out my room I will never come bk but good side I had a holiday romance and really enjoyed going out into town so we making the most of it but I have to tell u the animation team are amazing and work so hard they are lovely they really make it great for the guest especially shaggy so thank u very much this hotel would be lost with out u all thank u

The hotel is good and relaxing, lovely views of the seaside and nature. Lots to do and lots of swimming pools, private beach a minutes walk. Every night mini disco for the kids, great animation team who are so friendly and good with the kids. Kids club twice a day ...Special thanks to Sofian, Pikacho and ozge and John.

nice hotel good view and beach, good food. the service was great, especially in the restaurant, the waiter Yasin was very nice smile, friendly and polite, he make perfect drink waitresses at the bar, not necessarily. everyone likes tips. Cleaning not bad

I was a little bit nervous about visiting this hotel as the night before we flew I read some really bad reviews (which I didn’t notice at the time of booking) and it was my first time visiting Turkey. However, I am so glad we booked Orka lotus it was amazing from start to finish. We are a young couple 24& 28 and we took my partners 7 year old daughter. The room was nice a clean. The facilities at the hotel were amazing, and ALL staff were really friendly and helpful. Some staff struggled understanding English but they made sure they were able to help and we would have a laugh about it and try and explain things differently (I saw some really negative comments/reviews about rude staff - I feel like if you approach the staff in a polite, smiley friendly manner they are all lovely back, maybe the bad reviews on this was a lack of communication as they were all lovely. The pools are amazing. The water slide pool opens twice a day, for 2.5 hrs at a time and you take your own rubber rings and floats on the slides. The entertainment team and evening entertainment shows were brilliant, we happened to be there on a celebration night 30th August and it was brilliant. Shaggy and team really make you feel welcome and involve everyone. The photographers on site are all brilliant, and you can even book a slot where they will do a mini private photoshoot for you and your family and you can buy the photos. There is even a Doctor on site 24hrs a day. There was so much choice for food, some dishes was repetitive daily but we was more than happy with this as it was very nice and you new where you stood with it. Thank you so much to everyone at Orka Lotus, we loved every minute of our holiday, and are absolutely gutted to have to come home! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and would definitely go back! Thank you. Lizzy, Jack & Anya x

One of the best hotels we have visited as a family. With kids as young as 2 year old and teenagers I cannot fault this hotel. Service is impeccable, staff are always so polite and always happy to help. The food is amazing, the choices presented from dawn to dusk either poolside, restaurant or on the beach is often difficult to choose from. Even the fussiest of family members are tended to in terms of food choices. The location and views are lovely especially from the Blue Bar. Well done Orka Lotus Beach hotel. Thank you for making a family hotel very enjoyable and memorable. We will be back.
